Peggy drew my blood. For the third time, I have had the best experience. Because of past bad experiences, I have a tendency to faint. With Peggy, I didn’t even feel the needle go in. Then, she’s so efficient in changing the vials, I didn’t feel any pulling or tugging. If I could give her 10 stars I would.

Only one person working in the place. She was super rude and very short. Extremely poor customer service. Ended up leaving and going to Labcorp which is down the street. They were much more professional and pleasant. Will never return here.

Peggy holds this place down. She has to do front desk and theTesting all by herself. I made an appointment and she had me in/out in 10 minutes. She’s a rockstar and deserves help (if she wants it).

Look at the reviews. Look at other Quest reviews. The reviews always SUCK, because Quest is a monopoly that doesn't have to provide a good product or service to customers, who are in need of quality HEALTHCARE.If you're looking for your startup idea, you have a moral obligation to disrupt this space and get rich while doing it.

Peggy was nice, professional and took the only painless blood draw I’ve ever had in my life.

Understaffed. And I didn't realise I need to make an appointment to drop off samples. Then I checked in as walk in at the kiosk. I needed help but the technician, who was doing all the work alone, were either too busy or overwhelmed to help out. After a long while, I managed to check in for "dropping off specimen" as a walk-in for someone else. (There's no indication about where to checkin for walk-in drop off specimen from the kiosk. I just pressd whatever I saw and hit the "question mark", then finally found the right place for check-in).I arrived at around 12pm, and by the time around 12:28, when I managed to check-in, the technician told me it was time to have lunch! (Saying she needs to clock in by 1pm for the coming customers )Fortunately, she took the specimen before she clocked out. (I felt sorry for her, only half an hour lunch with no other people helping out with all the paper work.)Otherwise, I would have been stranded with specimen which was supposed to be treated as soon as possible....1. I wouldn't have expected to make an appointment for dropping off specimen. After today's incident, I looked up other dates for drop off appointments, which I found no dates available in near future from various centers nearby. This is unreasonable.2. I went to two quest diagnostics locations, and both are understaffed. The one Clay street is one of them.Next time, I 'd rather have the doctor recommend other labs for service.

I had an appointment at 11 and by 1230 they hadn’t seen me. I then got kicked out while they closed for lunch. I’m pregnant and fasting for my blood work and so the extra few hours of waiting was not welcome.

Worst site to go to drop off sample. I got here at 12:15 pm and the lady told me it's lunch time. Only one employee working, the company needs to do better

Im terrified of getting blood removed but Peggy did a great job! She was patient, made sure I was feeling okay the whole time and quick and good at it.

I had a 9:10 appointment today and due to this location being over-scheduled they did not see me until 10:00. There was one woman named Peggy doing everything from check in to printing out paperwork and drawing blood. She was unfriendly and overwhelmed. She was also checking people coming in for life insurance! I do not recommend this location unless you are retired and have lots of free time and can walk there because it is in the heart of Chinatown and parking is limited in addition to the fact that this location is terribly inefficient. Bring a book and prepare to wait as they will not see you for at least 40 minutes and that’s with an appointment.

The worst service. There is only ONE employee who does the front desk check in and the blood work . It’s very time consuming and they run late even with an appointment. I do not recommend this location.

Only 1 nurse who was both checking in and drawing blood, so running late and rushed. Left bruise in the arm. Not a very clear communicator

Process was quick and smooth. Finished within 15 minutes of my appointment time. I've generally had difficulties having my blood drawn, but Peggy did a great job.

Peggy is completely useless. I arrived a few minutes early for my 12pm appointment. I ended up waiting for 25mins for because she couldn't figure out how to input the patients info in front of me into the system. However the office also has a remote check in system that I and the other patient used when we arrived to input our own info, but she made us do it again at the desk with her at a painstakingly slow pace. Anyway, she finally shows me to the room to get the bloodwork done. I see the lab order and tell her its an old one from back in April I ask her to check again for the current one. Given the previous interactions with her, I called my doctor to fax it over again in case she couldn't find it. She goes to the front desk to find the newer order and I hear her talking to a walk in patient who had been waiting even longer than me. She told him to come back in 30mins because she had clocked out for her lunch break. I come out of the room and ask if she found the correct order and she then has the audacity to tell me to come back in 30mins because she already clocked out for lunch. My brain struggled to comprehend her astounding lack of customer service skills in that moment. She literally had the correct lab order in her hand as she was saying this and refused to do the draw despite me sitting in the chair with my sleeve rolled up ready to go a just few minutes prior. It was 12:28pm during this conversation and her lunch definitely didn't even start until 12:30 so she is a liar on top of being a lazy technician. To top it all off, I noticed during my 25min wait that the floors of the office are filthy. I wouldn't go back even if Peggy suddenly decided to actually be professional and competent and kind. Disgusting lab, disgusting staff. She wouldn't even give me the order form to bring to another location. This person is a disgrace to healthcare. Oh and there was a sign at the front desk telling everyone to be nice to her since she is "on the front lines" LOL. I have really had more than enough of that excuse honestly. Literally everyone on the planet has had a hard time during covid and its really not hard to demonstrate basic customer service and care despite that.
