• No response email
• Website is nonexistent
No way to view products online. No way to get ahold of anyone. Cannot drive 40 minutes just to see their inventory. Emailed but no response. Trying to reach them by phone is pretty much IMPOSSIBLE. Always end up hanging up after being on hold over 30 minutes. Absolutely and totally unacceptable. They SINCERELY DO NOT CARE.

0 star!!! Employee was rude and unprofessional. They treated elderly with no manner and respect and think that they were doing a favor for them but they weren't. Don't come here they treat you like crap and look down on you and humiliate you because you don't speak English. Shame on you all! Go get help somewhere! Highly NOT recommend this place.

No website so reviewing what products they have is impossible, nobody responded to my emails, and had a horrible time even getting anyone on the phone; almost 40 minutes on hold only to have them tell me my name was not in their system. Once I made it there in person, they were helpful, nice and accommodating. I emphatically encourage this business to have a website for their business/products and step up their communication availability.

Very slow service, be prepared for at least 30 min wait just to pick up monthly supplies. Update: actually ended up with a 45 min wait to pick up the same supplies from last month. Ridiculous

Spent 2 days looking for a product for my dog's post op incision. Tried 4 different drug stores and most were not helpful or were clueless. Finally went to American Medical Supply. The kind, informed man knew exactly what I was looking for. Thank you so much for your help. Price was right too.

When my mother came back from the hospital, we had an extremely difficult time negotiating her oxygen and other medical supplies. Then we were directed to Sincere Care and everything changed. They were responsive, patient, and went out of their way to deliver supplies as well as explain how to use them. They even called us up to tell us about a piece we had forgotten to order. Truly caring people, not just a business.
