  • "Depend on who you get but for most part customer service is bad. Very commission motivated, hard sales, some even deceptive. Do your own research first on current rates and specials."
  • "Tired of companies saying they have unlimited data but they throttle your data when it gets to a certain point. That's not unlimited then....is it?"
  • "wish i could give zero stars... since that is the help i received. The manager went on a "break" as soon as i entered, which consisted of her walking past me outside the door and smoking for a half hour immediately outside. Meanwhile, despite being told to go into the store by Sprints online customer service, they did nothing to help me in the store and told me to just call them back. The "manager" told me it was "her" store and she didn't have to help me if she didn't want to (interesting because i thought i was in a sprint store, not some pathetic divas). when i explained to her that customer service had told me to come there, and asked her to read the transcript at least to see what i had been told by sprint to do, she refused to read it, said she didn't have to, and again, its her store and no matter what sprint online says she doesnt have to help. and then called ME rude. then, once getting home and talking to their customer service again, it turns out they had ALL been reading my contract wrong, i was eligible for that upgrade, and the system was wrong. If she, or anyone else, had just actually read my contract and listened to what i was saying, i would have been helped. Instead, just a lazy and incompetent set of workers, and Sprint, who cannot even fulfill the details of my contract correctly."
  • "I went there to make a prepaid payment which was $35.00 But the machine did take the followings amounts of 20,10 and 5 bill. The machine displays that it only take 50 and 100? I will report this incident to the DA of San Francisco,as well the Consumer Report. It's doesn't make sense to pay only with 50 and 100 dollars bills and get changes? The ambiance there it's not friendly as well. I will switch to a friendly Telephone company as T-Mobile or ATT, Metro PC. I would not put up with that crazy ideas especially in that location. The need to be training how to deal with customers that use Sprints Services. Not more Sprints for me I got fed up. Thanks"
