This company stated on their website that they informed the neighbors of an estate sale and to not block driveways. They said there was ample street parking. They did not notify any neighbors. I informed them ahead of time that I was having a contractor come to my house on that day and the owner parked IN MY DRIVEWAY. He did not ask to use my driveway. He did not apologize, he accused me of being territorial because I wanted to use my own driveway. He then said that he had been doing this for 27 years and people should be understanding in the neighborhoods. Again, he misrepresented himself on the website and was rude to me when I just asked to have access to my own driveway. I was going to share this sale on social media so neighbors could come, but I won’t now. What a shame he can’t be cooperative and respectful in the neighborhood

Our family home was will known especially for the historical Japanese Tea Garden. The exceptional professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to ensuring a seamless process were truly remarkable. This was paramount since the extensive property was already sold and needed to be handed over to the new owner in the proper condition.From the initial stages of planning to the execution of the estate sale, Kevin and his team demonstrated a level of expertise and care that exceeded our expectations. One of the most notable aspects of their service was the meticulous attention to detail when handling the logistics of the day. They thoughtfully considered every aspect, even providing an all-weather option in case of rain.We were highly impressed with the precautions taken to create a secure environment for both buyers and the estate items. I wanted to thank The YES Co so much for all the help they gave with my family’s estate sale. I was totally overwhelmed with everything we had and no idea where to start. Kevin’s advice and experience truly helped make this a smooth process.It was difficult to part with many of the items that were in our home but knew it had to be done. It was amazing how quickly and thoroughly they organized and categorized everything. They created a welcoming and very safe shopping experience for those who came.Kevin’s attention to detail was impressive and provided excellent communication throughout the process. This gave me a sense of security that everything was well in hand.The entire team should be commended for a job well done. The house was left clear and clean so we can move on to the next journey. It was as if a magic wand had been waived! I almost want to do it again! Haha!! I would absolutely recommend The YES Co to anyone who needs an estate sale.

A very good elderly friend asked me to express his gratitude to Kevin and The Yes Company. He stated they are “logistics wizards”! Being 30 years in business his antique / books store was stacked with boxes from floor to ceiling with thousands of books and collectibles.Kevin and staff devoted 5 weeks with the first 3 Waves, as they called them, at another location (which they even found and rented for me). The latter “2 Waves” were at my actual store site since there was now more space to properly organize my mountains of merchandise.Each huge sale was creatively and attractively organized by their staff. There were constant crowds day after day - week after week. All the sales were done safely and securely. The resulting financial results were even more than anticipated for sure.As everything was up to The YES Co during the process they still kept me informed with your emails and photos. I felt I was there. They made my life so much easier from beginning to end in a professional manner. I could not have hoped for anything more. Kevin and his staff truly operate a great and honest business. They did what they said and then some. They made it happen!!

The YES Co performed the moving sale for my parents last weekend. He and his team did a stellar job, and Kevin was very professional throughout the process providing daily updates via telephone and emails which, included updated photographs. Within a couple of days his team had the entireproperty organized for the sale.The 3 ½ days of the sale were run professionally and respectfully. I was also impressed by their safety and security precautions. Post sale the premises were clean and organized. Prior to our using his services Kevin had provided recommendation letters from past estate sales that he handled andthe letters were very accurate.Kevin and staff did an amazing job for our family and cannot recommend them enough. Thank you The Yes Co.

The YES Co ran an absolutely smooth and successful estate sale for our family. Kevin and his team were professional from the start and the whole operation was impressive. Their extensive advertising/marketing brought in lots of buyers which resulted in a financially successful sale.First of all, their strategy in dealing with a complicated parking situation was very creative. Being a packed San Francisco house, they definitely had their job cut out. There were many heavy items – brass, cement, plaster – that needed to be moved from room to room, and floor to floor. They did it all gently and safely. My father had many interesting collections, both valuable and not so much all mixed together. With precision, they separated the sellable from non-sellable items and removed whatever they could to make room for the actual sale.Since the event occurred onsite, and due to the narrow layout of the property, it was impressive to what extent they were able to clear the house and set up all the various pieces of artwork, books, statues, furniture, musical instruments, and tools. What they did with the backyard was a “work of art” in its own right. I believe how they staged the home (and separated the sale into theme days) was instrumental in its overall success.Finally, they helped us find a hauler to remove the remaining unsellables and ultimately clean the house, making it ready for sale. Since I had to coordinate everything from Southern California, I was pleased with their regular communication, pictures, and updates on the sale and all other relevant matters.I appreciate Kevin’s demeanor, experience, and diplomacy. The YES Co performed a job well done and then some. Their company has my highest recommendation.

I would like to thank The YES Co from the bottom of our hearts for the liquidation sale of our family friend's longtime vintage toy store of 6,000 square feet. When my friend's father passed away we did not know what to do until we met Kevin. We were totally impressed with his thorough presentation and recommendation letters.Kevin was like a circus ringmaster synchronizing every move to organize the many items in the store as it was truly a disorganized mess to begin with. He and his crew worked non-stop prepping and within the first week there was an incredible transformation of the items in the store. They were so organized! It was a sight to behold.They began advertising through its very informative website, emails, web ad listings, and outdoor signage. Due to the immense number of items, the sale was conducted in three separate installments. Each week’s sale amazingly had a different theme to entice customers to keep coming back. Once the sales began, the lines of crowds were unreal due to masterful marketing. The outstanding organization and security of the sales made sure they were attractive and safely controlled.During the process, we were kept informed of the progress through updates via email with photos. We felt like we were there and really appreciated it. Finally, within a few days after the sale we received the statement and proceeds which were more than expected!The Yes Co. consists of an outstanding group of people who are truly dedicated to what they do. We highly recommend them for any estate or business sale you may have.

Kevin and The YES Co team are the best at what they do: what do they do you ask? The answer is EVERYTHING AND ANYTHING necessary to have a successful and safe estate liquidation sale.Kevin himself is a human dynamo and organizational wonder and his staff is not far behind. They enticingly displayed and fairly priced my uncle's items for sale. Also they were deeply concerned with customer safety and merchandise security. He and his staff planned and organized every aspect of our sale leaving no stone unturned. They even turned an unsightly empty next door space into an organized parking lot for the many customers. How about that!Throughout the process Kevin kept us up to date through email narratives and photographs. Having been in business myself for many years, I was somewhat skeptical of Kevin's expectations. He did have a tremendous amount of past clients' recommendation letters, but the final proof was in his excellent performance from start to finish.They sold most of the items with little left to be disposed of which was the goal and a relief to our family. Would I refer Kevin and The YES Co team? ABSOLUTELY!

This review is overdue. The YES Co performed their excellent services during a difficult time for our family. They did everything promised and more. They exceeded our expectations!Kevin AJ Black kept us informed regularly through the process with phone calls and emails. He was open and responsive to our concerns in clearing out a long-time family home covering multiple generations. The very large home was located in the Mid Town Terrace area of San Francisco. It was filled with many rooms of furniture, art, antiques, books and souvenirs from travels abroad. It was an overwhelming daunting task for us so we came to them for help.He successfully laid out a plan for a respectful and professional display of the saleable items. The marketing of the sale was very well done resulting in large crowds during each day. The staff efficiently sorted through all the items. The “bad” was removed to discreet areas and the “good” was attractively laid out. We were also very pleased how the unusual stairs were made safe during the entire sale. This showed how much they care about safety.Our family was pleased with everything the staff did from beginning to end. Even the neighbors were complementary on how the traffic and parking was handled. All their efforts resulted in a safe and successful sale. We highly recommend The YES Co and will hire them again if the need arises.
