This family own business is wonderful. Both the mother and the daughter, Sonam and Pachen, make you feel at home and appreciated. They are kind and generous and loving.
They bring beautiful energy into their shop and it’s always so joyful to be there.
The crystals are amazing I buy all my crystals from them.
They also sell beautiful charm bracelets. They allow you to take your time and pick what you want and they put the bracelets together for you I bought them for my three granddaughters. They loved the bracelets as well as Sonam and Pachen.
If you’re in San Francisco, and you want to treat yourself, buy someone a gift or just have a wonderful experience, I highly recommend you go to Tibetan Golden Lotus!

Went to Tibetan Golden Lotus this weekend to make a charm bracelet. While the metals for the bracelets and necklaces are not sterling silver or solid gold, they are priced to reflect that and the selection of charms is far better than those I've seen elsewhere. Staff was warm, welcoming, and very helpful. A friend of the shop owner, Cindy, chatted with me while I searched for the perfect charms to create my one of a kind, very meaning, keepsake from the Bay area. Overall, it was a great experience.

Took my wife in to get a charm bracelet and had a great time. Beautiful selection of jewelry, statues and stones as well. Employee was very kind and helpful. Would go again 10/10 time

The build your own charm bracelet idea is cool, and the store is nice. I took away three stars because after I picked my charms and paid, the cashier told me to write my number down and that they would text me to let me know when my bracelet was done being made. I waited 35 minutes with no message, so I came back to see what was wrong and they said my bracelet had been completed. The lack of communication was very upsetting.

Great experience! Loved being able to build my own bracelet. It's a little overpriced for the materials but I guess not for the area. Staff is awesome! Lots of other good things in the shop to buy as well!

Discovered this place thanks to TikTok! I popped in to craft a charm bracelet, and it was such a delightful experience! Fortunately, it wasn't too crowded when I went, so I could leisurely choose my charms. Most charms are priced at $3 each, and the bracelet costs $15. Once you pay, they ask you to return later, but it only took around 20 minutes for them to finish it, so the wait wasn't bad at all! I also couldn't resist their adorable rings--they have such a variety! The service was top-notch too! I'll definitely be returning!

I ABSOLUTELY ADORE THIS PLACE. My friends and I came here to make some charm necklaces, and the service was top-notch. After we chose our charms, she shortened our chains to the preferred length and even maneuvered the chains onto them. As a thank you, she even gave each of us a free ring . I highly recommend this place as it is also family-owned and affordable!

Definitely recommended for conscious travellers looking for individual apparel.Found handmade pieces at a good price. I bought some Tibetan clothes there which fit perfectly and some beautiful earrings for my gf. The Lady owning the shop gave me great advice, let me try everything and even fixed a broken necklace I had with me for free!By chance I had their shop Logo tattoos on my arm ❤️
