She provides the best car cleaning service in town. Always extremely friendly and is a master of her craft. She takes a lot of pride in her work with extreme detail. My car always looks the best after she cleans it.
I have drive from across town for years to get my car washed from her at tower and will continue to do so. Thank you Iris !!

Team does really good work, this is my go to car wash. The hand polish team is exceptional. Inside is no longer touchless... but outside still care for detail.

Not worth it. Multiple spots of dirt they simply missed. I've gotten better from $9 machine car washes than this $40 hand wash attempt. First and probably last time I use Tower.

I haven’t been here in a long time. Was in the area going somewhere else and needed my car washed. While they are not excellent, they are better than the other places that I go to…they do a better job with my car!

Paid for the executive wash (most expensive wash) and they missed so many things. Inside and out no attention to detail. I could have paid a 14 year old kid half the price to do the same job.
Spend the extra cash and go somewhere else l.

I arrived, the gas pump didn’t work. The register declined two different cards of mine and the person at the register said it was because it’s a high fraud area. Then it took 35 minutes to get my car washed even though it didn’t seem so busy. $40 for the cheapest wash. And the parking lot it’s in, front and back is super dirty. And it’s a loud, hectic area.

The cleaning inside the car was super bad. I paid 50.00 and even then they didn't do the vacuum well. I don't recommend that place

Fast service but they cut corners. Car wash was not complete. They did not finish the dash, they did not wipe the rear view mirror, they forgot my scent and they forgot to put the tire dressing on. I paid $45.99 for my wash only to be incomplete. I will not recommend nor will I return for future service.

Paid 169 for a 50 dollar service will not be going back. My car did not look professionally cleaned…I could have done the same job myself.
