The attitude is extremely bad and the business is fraudulent. When I went to make corrections, I asked them to call customer service. Then I ignored the matter and asked who could handle it. When I arrived at the store, a bunch of people were arguing, saying that the business was wrong and the charges were wrong. Don't go. The price mentioned at check-in and the final bill are very different. This store should be sued and closed.

It’s a junk shop. I failed to pay my phone bill once when I came in. I didn’t find out until a month after I returned. I paid two months of phone bills and overtime charges online. There was no time to open the door this time. The garbage store clerk didn't even say anything nice and just yelled "gogogo" to let me out. Will not come again.

My salesperson at the Victra Lewes, Delaware store, provided excellent customer service! Ovidiu Moldovan went above and beyond to provide help and to answer all of my questions! He was very patient even at times when no other employees were visible!Ovidiu Moldovan should be commended for his excellent and professional service!

My friend came to this store two days ago to take care of his cell phone business, we were greeted by a Chinese employee with glasses, we were treated like dogs, this service person was inarticulate, unknown about his business, and wasted an entire day of our lives, I seriously doubt he was a racist, purposely trying to make things difficult for us, and maliciously wasting our time, and at the same time, his attitude was extremely bad, I stated that I will never use anything related to your company again! related stuff and never come back, this was one of the worst experiences of my life!

Don’t ever come to this location!!! Worse customer service!! Transfer AT&T to Verizon, got a new phone for my mom and she lives out of state, Verizon shipped it, she got it. Was told this location has a male mandarin speaker because my mom did not speak English she needed help to activate and transfer data. He refused to help said no ID not your account not doing it. I might get fired i might lose my job. I 3way with my mom and Verizon rep on the phone, he refuses to hear the phone said this could be a fake rep on the other line pretending to be Verizon. Like r u serious lol??!!! Because I had put in a passcode on my business account and that was for my mom to give if they needed to access the account. Plus Verizon rep had verified me on the phone. He just refused to listen and help her and told her to get out go to other Verizon store if the other can do it. She went to RH Verizon on Nogales and they activated without any problem. Shame on you!!

Liars, they are all liars. They transferred 3 lines and secretly opened 5 numbers for me. Damn it, I didn’t know until I received the bill that I had two fictitious numbers.

I opened a new account and would like to trade in my phone but the manager said I have to buy some accessories first, otherwise I am not able to trade in!!But he did not make it clear and tell me I HAVE TO buy any accessories until I opening new account!!!

This place was terrible !!they don't want to service us because they almost get off. And telling my parents just go home and come back tomorrow !!the Chinese guy is sucks!! Pretty horrible customer service !
