My only issue was raising the cost every 6 to 12 mos. It's unfortunate that they all do it, storage companies. Maybe design a lease program.

Excellent experience renting with them they made the process super eazy. When I asked them about possibly switching to a different unit for super nitpicky reasons and right as they were walking to their car to go home they were so pleasant and helped me deal with it even when they didnt have to I am very appreciative of the staff and how friendly they are. If you want to get storage near flea market go here you wont regret it at all. Thank you to the two staff members male and female i didnt catch their names but they were working Jul 17 2023 at 5 pm and both of them deserve a shout out for their above and beyond service with what most would consider an annoying situation ! Y'all are awesome!

Just wanted to give a big thank you to Joanna for the great customer service I received! I was in the process of looking for a storage unit after moving and she was super friendly, patient and helpful with all of the questions that I had as a first time renter. The storage facility was clean and very affordable compared to others that I considered as well. Overall I had a great experience and will definitely recommend this A1 location to anybody I know looking for a storage unit. Thanks again, Joanna!

A1 Storage is the best! And the superb service I get from JoAnna is always excellent. The rooms I’ve rented are perfect in cleanliness and size. I love the fact that I can stay there till 10 o’clock at night! (All other storage places close early). Above all, all the people working at A1 Storage give ‘excellent’ service. They respond quickly to all your needs and will help you anyway they can. Kudos to A1 Storage for always being there for their customers. They make us feel great renting a storage unit(s) there!
