Edit: After a couple of tries, I got to talk to the manager. I got full refund for 2 months (except for the first month I actually used the service) and cancelled the membership. I guess there was one sales guy messed up the promotion in the beginning.Original review with 1 star : This so-called new renovated carwash is a total scam. I bought a promotion of 1 month car wash for $12.99. The manager didn't explain anything about monthly charges or membership. I only got car wash coupons with 1 month expiration date. From that time, they took $19.99 from my credit card as a monthly membership without my permission.It's just a stupid scam.

Went there once in July. Just noticed they have been charging my credit card every month for $19.99 without my consent. Listed phone number takes to some rental office. Total scammers. Be warned!

As with many of the other reviewers, I received a car wash in June and used my credit card. I did not sign up for the monthly membership, but my credit card is being charged the $19.99 monthly membership anyway.What a scam!

i came for a single car wash but was signed up for a monthly membership. i've been trying to call and cancel but nobody is picking up or calling me back. don't come here it's a scam

Quick in and out service. Everyone seemed really polite when talking to them and explained the deals they were having with good details. The price of the car wash was also at a good price.

This place has updated since I last visited. Feels much more premium, the gas station is now full-service and the car wash itself has updated parts, all the employees in clean white uniforms. I think it's structurally wider and might fit most full-size pickups. Note that it's card-only no cash for the car wash, and there's no longer a menu with different levels of wash just simple one-time or subscription pricing. My filthy car is nice and clean now though, so it's still getting the job done! Staff was friendly and professional.

BEWARE THE AUTO CHARGE - They don't tell you when you go, that the $12 for a so called "wash membership for one month" automatically enrolls you in a $20 monthly recurring charge to continue to use their service. You get no paperwork and no one tells you this is what will happen. The legality of the whole situation is questionable. It does keep your car clean though.

Upgraded experience with large staff to attend to your every need. The wash itself has been improved. Only thing, we pay for full service on monthly subscription but still no vacuums!

Take your time and read the reviews! I did and decided to give it a try but pay cash $, but the guy said, only card… I told him, no card only cash which he replied “then it will be $19.99” to which I declined, I said to him: sorry I just read a bunch of reviews where if I give you my card, you will sign me up to a monthly membership without my consent… he just smiled and said “yeah whatever, you can exit there and made some signs to the other attendant” he didn’t care to denied the statement. Better go to Classic car wash less than a minute from that place where single exterior car wash is also $19.99 but a least they are honest and transparent about their services.

This company is a scam. I went there in July to get a car wash and paid $12.99. They asked me if I wanted to sign up for their monthly membership and I declined. Then I noticed that I was charged $19.99 for the monthly membership I did NOT sign up for, and my credit card showed an upcoming monthly payment for September. I am apprehensive to go back because I am not confident that this won't happen again. I then tried to call the phone number they provided to cancel the membership but it said the phone number was not available. I had to go in person to the car wash to talk to the manager to cancel the membership. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

I went there once for a cash wash and paid for it.But they charged me again next month when I never signed up for monthly membership or had not visited the place again. I don't know how they signed me up for membership, I wasn't even aware such a thing existed at this car wash and wasnt looking for any membership.Then they make you call another number to cancel, you cant cancel in the car wash place and I still have not gotten refund for the fraudulent extra charge. very bad experience
