From the time I entered the branch to Josephine’s quick, friendly assistance, the experience was seamless. She addressed my needs with focus and expertise, ensuring efficiency without sacrificing warmth. Her deep understanding of nuanced processes transformed what could have been a daunting task into a straightforward interaction. By the time I left, I was not only impressed by her skill but also by how swiftly she resolved everything—a true testament to her mastery of customer-centered service.
Josephine’s approach highlights why human expertise remains irreplaceable. While automation excels in routine tasks, her ability to balance precision, empathy, and professionalism in complex scenarios is something technology cannot replicate. Professionals like her set the standard for meaningful customer interactions, proving that personalized, knowledge-driven care is key to building trust and loyalty. Josephine deserves recognition for exemplifying excellence in service.

I went to Chase Bank to open a business account, but the banker I dealt with gave me completely incorrect information. Even when I showed him clear proof that what he was saying wasn’t a requirement, he refused to listen, arrogantly insisting that he knew his job better. In the end, he didn’t open my account, most likely because I’m on a visa instead of being a citizen. The whole experience was frustrating and felt a bit discriminatory. To be fair, other employees seemed fine, and I was able to open my account at another Chase branch without any issues. However, this particular guy—tall, red mustache, glasses—was completely unhelpful and dismissive. Really disappointing service.

I had a great experience with Kioa at Chase Bank. Professional, efficient, and patient, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The front desk staff was also friendly and welcoming. Overall, excellent customer service

I'm not sure how this branch could improve. The interest they make on my meager checking account in no way makes up for the in-person advice, service, and reliability I've come to expect from this branch. David M helps me with all business banking issues, and I've come to rely on his open and honest opinion. As a customer, I've also used Chase to notarize non-Chase documents, which is appreciated.

Everyone teller at the front is friendly. This poor review is for the appointments. I have gone in there four times now trying to just change my last name on my credit card. Every time there's about three employees sitting around and the receptionist tells me I have to wait an hour for an appointment. Every time I'm in there, they act like they're too busy to handle a task that takes five minutes.

Been a loyal customer since my college years and still with them ever since. This place has changed a lot since 2011. My mother has been loyal to them even when the bank was called Washington Mutual. Hard to believe the economy has a huge impact on this place. When I first came here they offered free checks which was super nice. I am just in awe this place has taken so much beatings and still stood strong in my hood. It is more than your average chase or neighborhood bank. It might outlast the Sphinx. The biggest reason why I am loyal is that 99% of everyone who works here is super professional and sweet. There's a sweet Vietnamese person who works here and every time I see her or go to her window she greets me with a smile. Doesn't that make your day or turn a frown upside down? That's 100% service here. It doesn't get any better than this. A former manager here was super patient and helped my family fix up a serious issue we had. Also when I lost all my money after college, I didn't panic why? It's because they calmed me down and helped me close my old account without tears. The location is nice, down the street from my flat However, it's not all fun and games. One employee here keeps spamming my phone for a product I don't need. DO I LOOK LIKE I OWN A BUSINESS OR WANT A HOME LOAN? NO, I'M TOO BROKE FOR ALL THAT. They could use some better help to market their services here. If a giant truck comes in the lot it can get hard to drive. The building is why I mentioned the word sphinx, it's too old. Chase got rid of their free checks forcing me to buy from other sources.
