First up I want to give commend employee Kevin Lara (assuming I was given the correct name by his coworker) b for being so observant, attentive, and polite. We ordered concession food to be brought to our seat and Kevin was the person who delivered it to us. When he brought it, he saw I was struggling to adjust one of the theaters assistive devices for hearing impaired. The display screen was extremely loose and wouldn’t stay in position. He immediately offered to take the defective display back to the front desk and switch it for another device. I was pleased and impressed that he proactively made the offer, because it didn’t occur to me to ask him for help and I would not have taken it back myself because I have my knee in a brace.
As lovely as Kevin was, I am not giving the theatre 5 stars for the following reasons:
*It should not have been necessary to replace the assistive device because I should not have been given one that was broken in the first place. On a previous visit I was give one that was not charged and stopped working about 10 minutes into the film. I love that the theatre offers the devices, but I feel they should be better maintained.
*The seats always reek of perfume that permeates my clothes and adversely affects my breathing. It so bad that I literally wear a hooded rain coat to protect my clothing from contamination, and have even had to resort to wearing a respirator at times. While it’s possible that the scent is from previous patrons, the fact that every seat is affected and it appears to be same scent every time makes me suspect it’s actually a scented cleaning solution or disinfectant, especially since the problem seemed worse during the pandemic when attendance was lower and it was quite bad even at early showings. Using unscented products would be more accommodating to clients with respiratory issues.
*Finally, small issue: We ordered popcorn with layered butter and only the top had butter. The rest of the tub was dry. Very disappointing. The fries were good, though!
All in all, we like this theater very much and generally don’t go anywhere else. The seats are very comfortable, the concession food is always at least adequate, the staff is generally pleasant and helpful (especially Kevin!), and they have films we want to see scheduled at times that work for us. We especially love the online booking for reserved seats and the option to have concession food delivered to the seat prior to the start of the film. All together, it’s a pretty luxurious movie going experience.

Love it.
And I love the seat so much, I can stretch my leg and lie down like business class on the flight.
So glad I get to try it.

Called customer service regarding lost and found items. They put me on hold for 17 minutes. I called back about 11 times and no answer. Did they find my lost items?

This is my go to movie theatre; small and cozy. Very professional and friendly staff. One time the movie volume was too high and they lowered for us. . That is excellent customer service!!! Seats and bathrooms are very clean and comfortable. Good food and they even have a small adult bar. Need your ID. You will like it too and make it your favorite!

Cam was incredibly helpful and a true pleasure to have assisting us. He was kind, patient, and very attentive while showing us merchandise. The temperature in the theater was in the low - sixties or even lower. We contacted the manager Lisette who told us that their A/C is ancient and requires for a technician to go on the roof to change the setting! It is hard to believe, but this is what she told us. There were many senior citizens in the theater for the four-hour show, and we were concerned about their health. Nothing was done about it. Borderline criminal.
