Painful. This isn't just about this branch - which is horrible enough - but about Citi in general. Their online and app experiences are atrocious. Glitchy, always shutting down, technical errors in the middle of transactions. I was literally in the middle of setting up bill payments when the online account kicked me out and then wouldn't sign me in; this lead to my account being locked and the absolutely useless technical assistant on the phone just telling me I have to wait 24 hours to unlock. Really? 24 hours without access to banking when I am trying to make bill payments. But back to this branch. If you've ever seen that old Bugs Bunny cartoon when Bugs is in Dr. Frankenstein's castle and he breaks open a vial of ether and runs off in super slow motion that's what this branch is like. No one seems to know what they are doing and they take their sweet time not doing it. From the very depths of my soul I hate Citi Bank.

For years now I've been unable to access the ATM's inside after business hours. There are no ATM's outside of this citi bank. I have replaced my card because of this even and it still does not work. Really needed to pull out some money this Saturday and you are the closest location. I can't believe this hasn't been fixed in 4 years.

Maryam karimi does her job very poorly will take up to 30minute a to simply cash a check, constantly looking around and getting distracted by whatever is around her at the time citi bank never ceases to disappoint.

Citi bank closed our bussiness account for a unknown reason about 2 months ago. We get billed a $15.00 over drawn fee on a acct we have no access to. Called a 844 number and got transfered multiple times and just seem not able to get to the right dept because citi bank employees dont know who to transfer to. Every dept i got transferred to wasn't their dept. Lol. Fast foward The $15 i cant pay at the branch,I cant pay online cause the acct is blocked. How do I pay for it. Not that im going to pay for it because their was no activity in the acct. Citi bank is all messed up. I DONT know how they stay in bussiness. My next step to look into a attorney.. DONT BANK WITH THESE SCAM ARTIST YOU WILL BE SORRY

The only reason I am not giving the full rating is the banker Liana Nguyen, her bad attitude, not being professional, and being very judgmental and prejudice and not being honest really pissed me off! She first lied and when I asked my question in a different way expecting and exact answer she had to change her answer. Just avoid her and you should be ok.

The worst Citi branch I've ever been to. All employees looked unhappy, including the manager, rarely smiled. When they didn't know how to certify a financial document, they didn't bother to try to figure it out, instead, just sit there waiting for their supervisor to return from whoever-knows -where. And finally, when the supervisor came back, she didn't bother to say one more single word to you other than "hello", and then walked back to her seat. No they did nothing wrong, they just made you feel you were at a wrong place, doubt if you chose the wrong bank.

To this branch manager! Unprofessional service, banker doesn't know how to open checking account and the stupid banker gave me hard time and asked me to show the envelop that sent by social security office to prove my home address. What information are you trying to get from an empty envelope with window???People need to be trained in this location, they don't have any common sense. Stay away from this place! Don't waste your time to visit this location! I don't know the banker's name, but she was sitting on Liana Nguyen's seat on Dec 28th, 2021. I got my account opened from another branch today without any issue!!!

Ana Roa needs to get more training on what exactly "good customer service" is or "customer service" in general and not be so rude, attitude and rolling her eyes at Customers. Also, not to be lazy when a Customer asks for specific denominations of money and assume the denominations they want. If you hate your job that much then don't be in Customer Service!!

I arrived at 4:25 trying to open a bank account and they said they couldn't help me because they close at 5, I had all my paper work ready to go but instead they wanted to leave early and not do their job. Not pleased one bit

Went in to pay my CC bill and find out I can't pay in cash. WTF? This is a bank and the lady stated we don't except cash here in the bank. (Along with a lil attitude) and that makes this easier to write. Well then can I pay it with another bank debit card... nope she says. Wow I owe them money and they choosy about how I pay it back. But if I am late I get penalized. Pretty unAmerican I must say. So when I pay off this bill I will be closing all accounts and will no longer except any payments with citi bank checks , debit/credit cards in my business . Wake up and Vote with your dollars people. Also Citi bank is anti second amendment rights.

gold card customer servise, CitiGOLD, NANG LAR: I went to this citibank with my handicapped husband to updated and review our accounts. Nang was so helpful, patient and understanding, and helped us resolve the problem as to how the account should be... complicated. Nang also told me about citi's bonus plan for new accounts and I will open a NEW account there because NANG was so helpful. THANK YOU NANG, LAURA

Drove 20 mins to go out of my way to go to this bank. Clearly communicated to Teller my needs, which was a single quick transaction. Teller did not process transaction as communicated. Low rating due to this.

I have an international construction business, I came to a bank branch to get money from a check from a client, they kept me there for more than 40 minutes, all the time there was a feeling that Mariam suspected me of something, I began to say that I was in a hurry because this was working time, which she refused to do me to work and threatened with security, Mike came up to me and started being rude to me! everything is bad in this place! I tried to call their superiors, but it is almost impossible! I appeal to the leadership of this department, figure out what is going on there?!?!
