We were there on Saturday and my daughter wanted to get her daughter’s ears pierced she is 4 months old. Rachel was our piercer, she was very very patient and helpful with our granddaughter, gave us tips on how to hold her. Rachel did a wonderful job. This is a good place for ear piercing for 1st timers. Wish there are more selections of cute jeweleries for pre-teens.
