The phone rang. I picked it up. "Hello, this is so-and-so from Corovan," said a voice with a British accent. "I would like to schedule a meeting with you to give you a quote on how we can save you money storing your records. Are you available Monday?" I sighed. "Look. The first ten times you people called me I explained that we're under contract with another vendor and we can't hire you. Starting with the eleventh call I told you not to call again. You've called me twenty times since and I've asked you to stop calling every single time. Will you please take my company off your list?" "NOW LISTEN, YOU @#$%&@!!!" the telemarketer screamed. I hung up on him. That was seven years ago. They're still calling us. They made their 53rd telemarketing call yesterday (9/5/19.) No, Corovan. For the 53rd time, no. We never hire rude people. We never hire telemarketers. We've told you to stop calling over forty times and you keep doing it. In what universe do you think that would work? Shouting, profanity, and harassing people who asked you to stop calling doesn't generate sales. Even if we COULD hire you, calling us dozens of times when we've asked you to stop over and over again guarantees it will never happen. Never. You are driving away customers and hurting your business. You're wasting your time and your money telemarketing people who have told you they'll never hire you. I have instructed my colleagues to hang up the phone whenever they hear the names "Corodata" or "Corovan." You haven't just burned the bridge. You nuked it.

I personally work for Corovan. It's a great company to work for are always hiring. It's a good company to work for that offers personal growth within the company if you desire to. it's a moving company that specialize and moving businesses not residential so makes it a little bit more easier. If you decide to come in and apply let them know Jose G Cabello referred you. To increase your chances of getting hired.

Management is distasteful, they don't provide proper training for their Movers, they are very unprofessional when moving things and they crew seem to break a lot of the customers furniture. The pay scale for a worker is very low I would never work for this company again.

The best company COROVAN

Wow, thank God I hired "Corovan" again. I've had the pleasure of doing three separate company moves with this firm and couldn't imagine using any lower end 3rd party or moving broker- yikes. Talk about; pros, follow up, on time, man power, the correctly specked Tractor Trailers, Speed packs, boxes, materials provided. They literally saved me from the lower end guys and sheltered me from potential chaos with my big company move. Are they the cheapest? Nope. Will you sleep well at night? Yep. How much is that peace worth to you? Google, Facebook, Apple and Ebay sure sleep well as Corovan has exclusivity on their premises 7 days a week. Yes, those companies are moving people around daily so you better book your move now and get on schedule. Is there a fine print potential on your move date getting bumped by one of the big 4? Yep, so be prepared- ongoing emails and dialog with checking schedules post booking and deposit. This is the best specialist in this industry and they are worth the patience, if you're lucky enough to get them. Was I bumped? Yep, by Google. we worked out an alternate date that was sooner than later and it worked out great. I did a 2 part incremental move which actually worked out much better in the end. Big shout out to "Rod Carter" my AM for having my back every step. We've become friends and I will wish him my very best in all his endeavors--he's just retired from 23 years. Lastly and certainly not least! Big Kudos and love to "Artemio Sanchez" my PM (perfectionist) for being there for each incremental move, to include post move! Always on time, amazing crew, super organized and problem solver. Not a thing broken or compromised. I had an enormous inventory to shed and Rod hooked me into an amazing liquidator "N.O.W. Liquidations" of San Jose, female owned, beyond crafty, super knowledgeable with commercial furniture, kind and focused. I moved my business from a 20k sq ft high rise to a 6700 sq ft low rise. I had so much to shed, pack, security logistics, COI's and with Artemio of Corovan and N.O.W liquidations "Ngoc" and their mutual teams-- super meticulous, kind, swift and strong. I had challenging freight elevator dynamics coming and going. Much love to you three. Thank you for making me look like a Rock Star!! -Katherine
