I've read some of the negative reviews and I've not had any of those experiences. The pharmacy is busy but I didn't find them inefficient. They were pretty quick and explained medications. I've had zero issues buying regular items from this store and with the service. Sometimes they leave a bell out as they may only have a single person at the register that has other task as well so ring the bell and no issue. I can't attest to the restroom cleanliness as I've not visited it. My prescriptions are always found quickly and I'm out the door in minutes.

This is a very bad place that gives one doubts about the folks in healthcare a lot. They are super rude, never have walk-ins, don’t even entertain questions regarding walk-ins and always take longer than a day to fill prescriptions - almost as if they were the manufactures taking their sweet time to manufacture after they get a prescription. It is either management that causes shortage in staff or the employees themselves working as they please. Shame on them for being the face of healthcare and doing a shoddy job.Wish there were more pharmacies closer which catered to people who couldn’t drive far in terms of need.

The pharmacy line is always long and doesn't move. There's no drive thru for it. The pharmacy staff is just not in any rush to process the line. Got fed up and switched to Walgreens even though it's out of the way but it's much more streamlined . I know my time is not wasted there

Severely understaffed pharmacy. Travesty of corporate mismanagement of resources. guaranteed high profit of the major players in the US healthcare industry gives corporations little cause to address the customer experience.

I shop here sometimes on my way to visit family and it's my favorite CVS store. The manager Tenia is always so helpful and has an overwhelmingly positive attitude. The store is clean and they always have what I'm looking for. Mainly this store is my favorite because of the managers attitude. It's hard to find people with such positivity and always willing to take the time to help. Thank you Tenia!

My guess is that the pharmacy is the main thing keeping this place open. Every time I go or attempt to call, they are extremely (and understandably) busy and sound rushed, but I always get decent service, even via the phone to check a prescription. The prices (via insurance) are also decent when I compare to the local Safeway or Costco too.

Horrible service and customer care. The pharmacy doesn't seem to care about people at all. I've tried getting a prescription transferred to a Safeway close to me but apparently that's to complicated for the idiots behind the counter. I call their pharmacy and have to wait five to ten minutes before someone picks up. I explain the situation to the pharmacist, "Hey, can you please fax over the information to this Safeway for me?" And all I get is the runaround. "Oh you'll have to call the Safeway and have them do that for you." What? She gives me some weird half assed answer followed by mumbling and tells me to hold. I can somewhat hear the other pharmacists in the background doing god knows what. I'm waiting what seemed like five minutes and then the phone hangs up.... You gotta be fu*king kidding me. I'm never going to give CVS my business for as long as I live.

Long lines in pharmacy, I have been asked to return more than once a because no pharmacist available. No one behind cash registers, needing to use self check is disappointing. Restrooms are filthy, the corporation and management need to pay attention and staff up. Very disappointed but the only game in town for pharmacies these days.

Super rude manager here. Called to ask about someone using my card and the manager put me on hold and never came back. I called back again and he just hung up on me. Then I called again and he rudely said he cannot help me and he's busy. Then you should have come back and said that instead of putting the customer on hold forever or hanging up the phone when they call back again. Not professional at all. I previously called in a different CVS store about the same issue and the workers there were so nice and helpful. Super disappointed by the behaviors of the workers here.This happened on Friday Apr 29 12PM, so please trace back to which manager this is and give discipline actions.

How many trees does CVS kill a year in pursuit of their publicity stunt 3 foot long receipts?They'll offer to not print a receipt in exchange for your personal information to track your purchases. What a horrible business model.

Very worst service at the pharmacy.. The Pharmacist was on a hurry and injected the vaccine very harshly.. she didn’t ask me any questions and came on a hurry and didn’t even tell me to wait as it was mentioned in the checklist.I don’t recommend coming to this location for vaccination.

Very helpful and kind staff... I come here all the time! Not only that, but a large assortment of food, candy, school supplies, and beauty products. Highly recommend coming here.
