This is a convenient location so I do go here often, the staff here are always friendly and helpful. The problem is the store is dirty and outdated.

my previous pharmacy was shut down so I moved my prescriptions to this pharmacy. There was only one employee even though there were other people in line. My 3 prescriptions were ready but they needed my insurance card. I handed it to her. She then said she will help someone else instead of finishing helping me. That was completely rude and unethical as all she had to do was get the costs and print the labels. She insisted on helping someone else even though I was there first. Then she charged me DOUBLE the price for one medication that was cash because it was not covered by my insurance. My previous pharmacy, Costco, and Safeway charge half the price she demanded I pay. Then I saw that another medicine I ordered with a new prescription was substituted with a different medication than the prescription. She claimed that I needed preauthorization for the one that I had ordered. But I had been getting it for 5 years without preauth. I had to wait 15 minutes while she filled other peoples' orders instead of finishing with me. When I got home I called my insurance and they told me that it was a lie that I needed preauthorizsation. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PHARMACY. I will cancel my prescriptions there and never use them again.

This location is a demonstration of why the American Health System is sick. The store looks like a "Getto" store, and the pharmacy has slow service and low-level service. It looks like they pay starving wages to their pharmacy employees since they don't have a lot of motivation. They never smile, they never excited to help you out, and they are SLOW, Slow Slow

CVS is a place where I usually go into get a couple of items and then leave pretty quickly. Especially in this CVS. That said, it has most of the essentials. So, I'll give it that! It usually looks like this CVS is a bit understaffed, and I am usually wandering around trying to figure out where the items are, hoping I'll run into a staff member, but then, I don't ...until I get to the front of the store. By then, it's awkward since there is a line and you don't want to interrupt the line going on and project your voice to ask where something is, so you just keep pouring through the aisles. also, I have to say that the parking area is a bit sketch. I think I witnessed a drug deal happen after I went back to my car. Which is creepy since this CVS is right next to Funtropolis, a kid-centered play space. The staff that do work here tend to be nice! I remember having a conversation with a cashier when there was a fire nearby (ugh fire seasons). Also: constant entertainment are the CVS receipts. So they have that going on for them. (not so much for the trees, though).

This was the worst CVS Pharmacy I have ever been too. We had and appointment at 7pm. We get there and the woman checks us in. Say my Kaiser number is not valid. I am the account hold! The my wife goes to get hers and they don't even have it. Really poor service.

Never been to a CVS with such a rude cashier. Most other CVS I have gone to have friendly staff. As soon as I walked I'm, she asked, "may I help you!" In a very unfriendly tone. Then I told her I just wanted to use my payslip to pay my rent and she basically told me they don't do that there and to go to another CVS.

Mixed results here. Kudos and thanks to Cheyenne, the cashier who helped me twice during this incident I'm about to describe. At 5 PM yesterday, I arrived at the store and bought a COVID-19 test kit. At 6 PM yesterday, I came back to the store to return the item and receive a refund, as my wife had already purchased a test kit and we did not need two. Cheyenne was the cashier who helped me both times. I purchased the item for $42.65 but when it came to the refund she offered me $32. I showed her the transaction from my online banking statement as I could not initially locate the receipt. At this point she went to the supervisor, and then called the store manager, Mr. Mathis, on the phone. She explained situation to him on the phone on speaker and he said there was nothing he could do. I objected, asked him to explain why an item would ring up at one price but would be refunded at a different price. He did not have an answer, only telling me that there was nothing he could do, which is preposterous. Store managers have total discretion over refunds. I know this from having spent over 10 years in retail. He simply chose not to help me. I again stated that the clerk remembered me so there was no question as to whether I bought the item at that store, and I had my checking account statement to back up the amount in question. He continued to insist that was nothing he could do and finally told me he was done with me. I told him he had a weight and measures issue and I would be calling the County of Santa Clara to investigate. Nor did he offer to check the register's detail tape and look up the actual transaction from only an hour before; it would've been easy to do. The story does however have a happy ending. I was able to locate the receipt, and when Cheyenne scanned it for a refund, low and behold the correct amount appeared. I thanked her profusely, we both smiled and I left the store. I've been a CVS customer for years, but when management refuses to help and acknowledge that they have a pricing issue within the store on items that are scanned, I don't think I'll be coming back.

Worst customer service! I had ordered prints for passport and the shop closing time is 8 pm. I arrived at 7:50pm and they aren't opening doors. They signal with their "hands across neck" gesture that it's closed. All I needed them to do was to get the yellow packet from the printer. It was already paid for online. I would never order prints from this store again.

This drug store never ceases to amaze me! I've been to a few pharmacy stores, but this one has exceeded my expectations. I'm blown away by the support I've received in this pharmacy.

This is the worst pharmacy! Not only is the store extremely dirty with multiple expired products on the shelves but they continue to text me saying my rx is ready and then I go there and it is not. I go back and forth when they tell me to and there is always a problem. I will not be using this pharmacy again.

The staff and pharmacists here are really nice but the store itself is next level DISGUSTING. It desperately needs to be renovated and probably hasn't been updated in 20+ years. The floor is completely filthy & the carpet looks like a herd of elephants stampeded over it. It's a shame because it's a good location with lots of parking and nice staff. I hope someday it gets renovated because these employees deserve a better environment to work in!

Customers beware of the rewards bucks scam. You aren't saving any money. Their actually charging inflated prices and then returning the extra in the form of rewards bucks that can only be used at cvs. Then if you choose to use a 25% off coupon that they entice you to use with rewards bucks you only get 25% off after the rewards bucks are used. It's a complete disgrace that they are so cheap to deceive hard working customers usually dealing with sickness and health issues. I've been a loyal customer of CVS for many years and they have totally lost my trust and confidence as my family pharmacy and market. Their inability to understand consumer complaints and the continued excuses and support of bad behavior by CVS deceptive policies by district management shows a lack of moral character that no healthcare business should have. Not to mention the air conditioner never works and it's stifling hot in mid July.
