This store used to have helpfull staff and was always shocked with great Christmas cards! Not anymore! When I asked staff today,December 2nd 2023 where the musical cards were,she said they haven't unpacked them yet,so come back some other time,which was kind of rude! Going to Target from now on,thinking why are staff at CVS rude to customers when it's a prime location on Lincoln Ave?

Came here to get my prescription and a woman named Allison helped me. She was rude and made me feel like I was wasting her time. Didn’t feel welcomed at all

Got an extremely rude response from the lady who answered the phone. I'd been outside on Lincoln trying to figure out why they would choose to not have the handicapped ramp entrance open to the public. I called and the employee said, "You obviously don't know how to open a door", I told her where I was on Lincoln and she failed to inform me they don't allow customers to enter on that side. Then why have a handicapped ramp? Isn't that illegal? But her attitude was to insult me, then laugh about it when I questioned her rude response. I'll never shop there, plus Walgreens staff are way nicer, more professional, it's way closer to my house and the last thing I need is to be insulted by a CVS store worker when I needed to shop and am handicapped. Unforgivable....

OMG.......look at the photos I postedThe pharmacist is filling prescriptions and opening medications right under all the dirt that is clinging to the ceiling matrix....And....what nastiness is hanging from that sprinkler head....ugh....beyond unsanitary and gross....if this were a restaurant it would be shut down for health code violations. Wish I could give negative stars....

Like many, many CVS locations in the South Bay, this one's pharmacy is chronically, severely understaffed. It seriously takes AT LEAST half an hour on hold before you can talk to a human at the pharmacy. Often it takes over an hour. I don't know if the problem is poor management at the store level, or excessive cost-cutting policies at the corporate level, but the end result is the same. Customers suffer due to unreasonable wait times, constantly. Find a different pharmacy if you want proper customer service.

This cvs is trash. The worst service ive ever experienced. I call every time before pickup to get confirmation my pickup is ready. Be extremely patient, they will make you wait on the phone up to 45 minutes on hold. Countless times they lied and it wasnt even prepared asking me to wait on the side until it is. Even with txt confirmation from cvs’ own service showing its ready they deny the validity of the txt. They play the blame game and defer to someone else when theres only 3 staff members. If it wasnt so convenient i would definitely go to another location. They need to get their act together.

Literally the worst pharmacy ever. The wait time is minimum 20 minutes no matter the time of day. Always 10 people in line. I left in tears last night because of the frustration. Always out of medications or an issue with the prescription. A few months ago I showed up to the pharmacy right at opening (8am) thinking I could beat the crowd lol. Joke was on me. The pharmacist showed up 40 minutes after opening due to "car issues". Meanwhile a line built up because the pharmacy couldn't open without her. I literally dread going in to get my medications every month because of the aggravation, lack of customer service, and wait times. It shouldn't be so difficult to get your medication! This pharmacy has gone downhill and I've been going here for years. I've just had enough, that's why I finally took the time to write this review.

I been calling the pharmacy since yesterday to refill some prescriptions and out of the two times that i have called i been ob hold for over 20mins. I hate that they closed on the Alameda.
