October 2023 by I. Marie- My Second Account O.
I had a stressful experience today at this store at around 12 noon. I saw that I had a coupon on my app for 25% off all Halloween merchandise and today was the last day to use it! So i come in and for some reason had to use the self checkout where my rewards never works. Since it did not work the clerk told me that she would help me at the counter. But instead tells an older couple to come ahead of me to check out. I get frustrated and so decided to go to the pharmacy to check out. But the coupon did not show up even though I did send it to my cards days before. So the sale had to be canceled. I go back up to the front and tell me sweetie what happened. All the while, a noisy older gentleman (or was he really a gentle - man....not really) was looking at me and listening. He and the woman were the ones allowed to cut in front of me by the clerk. I bet she was thinking of convenience but not convenient for me but oh well. Then this older "so perfect gentleman" said to the clerk - watch out for me! LOL!!! Ironic! He did not realize part of the reason why i said all those things near him was because I wanted him and the lady to hear me as they were allowed to cut in front of me and never showed good manners stating that I was clearly there before them. Surely, if it was the other way around and the tables were turned, would he not be angry?!? YES! ..anyone would be in the same situation. Anyhow, the coupon still did not work. It was no fault of the clerk who was very pleasant and sweet- she would make an excellent CVS manager by the way! But this issue was upsetting! Later, I realized I had a coupon on my email for 35% so was still able to purchase the shirt that I wanted after all and this time it worked! Yippee! I want to say that the clerk was superb through all this. It was not her fault. But some customers are so noisy. lack manners and are plain rude. You are never too old to learn to keep to yourself and mind your own business, be kind, learn good manners. Surely, I would not have got so upset if I did not see that noisy man who cut in front of me listen to me, and then make a snide remark about me to the clerk. Keep in mind I was angry with not being able to use a coupon that I should have been able to use, the time and inconvenience of the whole thing and the rudeness of the one customer who actually forgot I was originally ahead of him in line. I am not upset with the staff here as they had nothing to do with this issue clearly. But then I am the bad one?!? LOL! Again another stressful experience at a CVS. ...sigh A note to CVS headquarters: If you send coupons through the app, please make sure they work for your customers at time of purchase. This is a stressful situation to have to go through.

There's always something wrong with this pharmacy. When it says online that they are open, they can actually be closed for lunch. And then you call them, make sure your medication is there, but when you show up, their system is down and they cannot give you anything. I'm already tired of driving back and forth there for no reason, will pick another pharmacy.

Worst customer service ever!! Im literally in pain from 2 tooth extractions and they're taking over an hr to pack some ibuprofen pills into a jar!! Wtf is this place even open for. I literally went to mexican drugstore across the street and got me same antibiotics and way better pain killer. Alot more expensive because of import. But they gave it to me immediately and truly showed that they cared and felt bad that i was a CVS victim like many others

I had a Covid booster appointment here and they texted me 45 minutes before they cancelled it. Unfortunately I did not check my texts (didn't think this could happen) and drove 10 miles to this CVS only to find out they were closed. Massive waste of time.

CVS has been charging me ~$5.50 on a monthly basis for an extended period of time and I just now noticed. Apparently when a person agrees to getting a CBS card, you agree to a monthly fee as well. I should have noticed the monthly charge so it's my fault too, but this feels sleazy. CVS will no longer have my business ever. Shame on them.

Since the pharmacy changed from target to cvs, service has been great! Fast, friendly, hassle- free. Many prescriptions 3 months supply.

Came here to pickup some stuff like over the counter medicine and a couple of other things. Whent to the pick up window and was done in no time. However, I did think it would be a bit cheaper. Overall a good experience

Absolutely terrible customer service. Went to pick up medicine for my grandpa and they told us we didn't have the right paperwork even though we did. Went to other multiple cvs's around the area before and they wondrously provided the medication with no hassle. Rude employees especially the one in charge. If you guys want your medication handled accurately, go elsewhere.

they only have one pharmacist available. and apparently you need to wait for them while they're on they're lunch hour for them to tell you about your medication even if your doctor has told you about it and you are competent enough to follow directions. the staff at this pharmacy was unhelpful and unaccommodating. if you have a pharmacist who needs a break- then at least have another one to take their place. worst service.

Just had to pick up a round of antibiotics for an ear infection. I asked the Doctor for a generic since I don't have insurance. When I got to the drop off window I asked how much it would be. The lady said $68 and some change. I said, "For a generic antibiotic?? That doesn't sound right." She said she would look for "discounts" then said it would be $26. Ok, thank you that's more like it... Lol The Pharmacist and technician were both really nice. Problem is not only did I almost get over charged more then double, but when I got home I counted the pills. There was 25 pills instead of 20. That's an extra 2 and a half days of antibiotics. I could have taken them all if I wasn't paying attention. I don't like this Target, but I think the pharmacy is decent. Just makes me worry what other mix ups could happen...
