Difficult to find an associate to help with photo pickup. Store may be understaffed, or perhaps without adequate coverage during breaks/lunches. Did not have a good experience on my latest visit 06MAR2023 specifically with the female (latina?) worker who was the literal epitome of laziness. Older gentleman was nice, kudos to him -- hope his work environment improves soon.

They don't pick up phone calls! There are no live operators and it takes an hour before someone from out of state picks up the call!

I got my flu and COVID shots here and Karen's technique was the best I can recall for any shot ever! I barely noticed when the needles went in (one in each arm). Thank you!

Needed to see a supervisor, no pharmacy supervisor, no store supervisor on duty. Waited 15 minutes to find this out. Customer service is pathetic. Very sad the way they run their business, the customer is not important at all. I will not return to the CVS on San Felipe in San Jose. Wish I could give zero stars.

Once in awhile they have some in-experience tech...with poor customer service. It's a matter of training but I don't want to be apart of trial and error experiment...

Kevin is a fantastic Pharmacist. He has been so helpful to me and to my husband. I have also had good interactions with the rest of the staff. Kevin is kind, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable.

Went to pick up a prescription three times, 1hr+ apart, on the same day, every time the prescription was NOT ready even though they said it will be ready in”20mins”. On the third visit, still not ready and had to wait again to finally pick up.

I've been a patron of this CVS for many years, and things were never great, but it's become much worse. Every small transaction cannot take 15 minutes struggling with customer service. Effectively we are trading low paid employees with pushing the burden onto the customer and their community. Either we need to pay customer service enough to create a decent customer service experience or we need to replace customer service entirely with machines and hire employees to maintain these machines. These half-measure harm the community.

There shelves are literally barren. The employees are miserables and rude, they work so slow. The manager buys all the good seasonal items before they even get to the shelves. The cashier elizabeth is v prejudiced and mean, she will hold up a line just to argue why your coupon isnt applicable when it very well should be. She is so petty as if she gets paid to be.

My favorite drugstore.That young black clerk is soooo nice and personable. He makes my day EVERY TIME I shop there.I like their coupons and the CVS app is great (occasional glitch though.)Highly recommended!
