No other local pharmacies compare to this particular locations. Everyone who works here is noticeably faster, more caring and helpful than other big box pharmacies. They are even pleasant and super competent if you call in! They have really gone out of their way to help us out on several occasions and my family *really* appreciates the extra effort and attention. Thank you!!The only issue we had was with a terrible SUB manager who had no interpersonal skills and lacked any common sense. So thankful I only had to deal with her once and haven’t seen her in months.

This pharmacy shorts you on prescriptions. I have had my Gabapentin shorted by 10 now about three times. I don't know if they're stealing pills or just incompetent.This is something everyone needs to know. Stay away and avoid this pharmacy at all costs unless you want to count pills every time you get prescriptions.

EVERYONE in this CVS Branch is very polite and helpful. I usually call around 5-7pm and the people that work around those hours are the most professional pharmacy personnel I have talked to. Thanks for the help.

The employees there discriminate customers. They only serve certain people and deny service to other minorities. Please BEWARE they lied to me and told me that something was wrong with my insurance. In reality, nothing was wrong with my insurance. I was able to go to another CVS in target and they took my insurance with no problem. Customer service is lacking and laws were broken. If you asked me it seems like they are having major issues with dealing with customers and I would avoid at all cost.bad customer service = loss in profit

I called this pharmacy to help me find a prescription I needed to fill from my doctor. Chris in the pharmacy department went out of his way to help me. In fact, I've never had a CVS pharmacist at the other drug stores I've visited in this area. He really took care to see that I would get what I needed. He was not abrupt. He was kind. I had called so many pharmacies in the area and no one was helpful at all. Thank you Chris!

I have had a relationship with this pharmacy for the last 8 years. The staff is a team and they all do a fabulous job. If you want to save time be organized; call ahead and find out what prescriptions are ready to be picked up. Have your doctor fax over your prescription so you don't spend so much time in line. I depend on the pharmacy staff to do a great job and they have never once failed to amaze me with their professionalism, knowledge and cheerfulness. Can you imagine how great it is to be greeted by your first name when you arrive at the pharmacy. I highly recommend their services. Best, Cheryl - San Jose, California.

They never answer the phone. Show up at 2pm and they're "at lunch". Spent 20 mins waiting for them to come back, another 20 waiting to obtain the meds.
