I called this CVS on Saratoga Ave in SJ and my experience was HORRIBLE. The person who was supposed to be in the Customer Service dept. (yeah right!) was incredibly rude. The website showed they had at home Covid tests but she was extremely rude and snapped at me they don't etc and she actually hung up on me. I will NEVER go there and from the multiple 1 star reviews it looks like many other people will not be going there again. I suggest they do some serious Customer Service training if they want to at least home some customers remaining.

Don't expect friendly service or good pricing at CVS. This location's service is probably the worst out of all the CVS stores I've been to. I'm referring to the cashier woman working in the front on weekdays. Prices are ridiculously expensive if you're not their member. Nevertheless, I will never get my prescription or buy anything from CVS again, especially this one.

I came with an appointment for a fly shot with my wife. Limited seating, I'm ok with it, but my wife is a leg amputee who has difficulty standing up . We were waiting and they yelled out "seats are for Kaiser patients, we need you to stand up and give the chair to this person (healthy young woman)" we got up and as I was storming out of the store they called us for the shot. I went back , and eventually got the shot. For someone yo make a disabled person stand up is a disgrace. Also nobody offered their seat to my wife. Disgraceful.

Oblivious and fairly incompetent staff -- beware of extended wait times here. These individuals were so woefully unaware of the long line of people waiting while equally oblivious elderly customers ignored lines and skipped to the front. They're off making small talk with customers, and dragging out conversations instead of being courteous and efficient. Better to go to another store unless you absolutely have no other options.

Kristina and Jennifer are super helpful in the pharmacy. they go out of their way to make sure a confusing prescription of mine was done correctly and followed up as they said they would. so easy and I love the drive-through
