The design consultant Madi worked with us when we arrived only 30-40 minutes before store closing on a Sunday. She was attentive, patient, knowledgeable, and efficient. We ordered what we need in record-breaking time (although she did have to stay plastic closing time to complete our order). Thank you, Madi.

I have always love Ethan Allen, the sales team was great, but the problem came when I was told that I would receive my furniture in November well November arrived I received a call from the warehouse stating the part of the furniture was ready (ottoman) and the rest of it would be delivered by 23 November. I called to find out what was happening and why hadn't I been informed as to what was going on, now it supposed to arrive in December Really unprofessional now if I choose to cancel, I will lose 2000.00 plus dollars, but I don't see where they will credit me or cancel and refund because of their failure to produce the furniture in a timely manner and failure to notify me of the long delay. I have been waiting since September now thanksgiving and Christmas are here but no furniture. Well, I will never shop Ethan Allen again and I will pass this information on to my friends. V. Reeves

Excellent service - we were directed toward the items we wanted, and while the salesperson was available, she didn't rush us or hover, but let us take our time looking at everything. The items we choose were beautiful and very high quality.

We purchased a couch from this store. The agent (Faridha) sold us a warranty (Guardsman) saying they are great and that they will help, its key etc and in need this will be useful. We purchased the warranty.Today we have a need to fix the couch, and the warranty company is taking their own time, with many hand picked excuses on why there is a delay(4 weeks now) to approve/service. With my call they move the needle but still no response on any ETA. Interestingly, even the technician (third party firm) who came home was fast to calibrate and send his quote to the warranty company.I called Ethan Allen store for help, and the tennis game is ON - Now they conveniently wash their hands that they are not responsible for their warranty service but can sell their service, and empathize saying I’m right but no action!..To the owner of Ethan Allen - Thanks for your response and for the inquiry. Sharing some data here:1) I was informed by Guardsman couple of days ago that they would send me an email on the next steps but no email was received till today2) I see your update saying, they would reach out to me in 7 more days which is again moving the needle to the right, the third time3) I understand from your note that Guardsman is a separate company (insurance one) but a well branded firm like Ethan Allen sells their plan to customers when the quality of service response in terms of keeping up their commitment is sub par!4) Regarding the couch, we didn’t have any accident. The main issue is the knob broke and the recliner can’t be used. It’s only a 3 year old couch and we already see this issue!! The technician said the mechanism becomes rigid and this happens hence we stopped using the other end of it! Is there a quality issue with the furniture that it broke?..Please read my note 3 and 4. I would shop and select the insurance company for my car but here a brand firm like Ethan Allen is only providing this or packaging it for customers. Appreciate you following up and hope to hear some response when the owner reaches out. Thanks

We had a bench delivered with missing screws to attach the cushion to the wood frame and we had to wait over 6 weeks before the technician could come and repair it. We ordered a desk that was delivered to the warehouse damaged and had wait 3 month again before a new desk could be delivered and when it was delivered it wasn't assembled correctly and one the drawer fell out. It took another 2 months before a technician could come out and repair this. We waited over 16 months for a chair and ottoman to be delivered. They kept telling us that the chain supply was disrupted due to Covid this may have been true for the fabric we selected but this was not the case with the missing screws or poor assembly of the desk which are quality control issues.

I always know I will find the best quality furniture at Ethan Allen. Over the years, I've ordered two pairs of gorgeous, large upholstered chairs and each time I've found the upholstery design is precisely aligned from the top of the chair through the cushion and down the bottom front of the chair - extraordinary craftsmanship. The chairs are sturdy and extremely well made. I know these chairs will stand the test of time and will be handed down to my children eventually.Ethan Allen may be expensive, but - believe me - the quality of their furniture is worth the price ten fold.

The Ethan Allen dining room table we purchased has developed scratches, dents and shading in various areas. We rarely use the set. Even with the purchase of their 1 year additional furniture warranty (very expensive), they denied our claim. Very poor quality and even poorer excuse as to why it wasn’t covered. Now I have to look for a furniture refinisher. I was also disappointed with the sofa sectional I purchased at the same time. Never again.

Our order of furniture taken forever to deliver, and there are no customer service (the sales person did not contact us for any delay in delivery as well), none of their estimated time were met, and the longest pieces took more than 8 months, it is quite frustrating experience. I would think twice next time when we buy furniture from them.
