I went to purchase some roses and instead got a rude cashier who refused to ring me up. I simply asked her if there was any way I could get a discount on the roses as some were dying and she told me NO. So I asked her if there was a manager or anyone else who was in charge who I could speak to and she said NO. So I then asked her there's no one here in charge and she again said NO. It was shocking to me that there was no one in charge of the store. She then proceeded to say that she did not feel comfortable and refused to ring me up. I then spoke to the head cashier who was able to help me with no issue. Not sure what ISABELLA'S issue was but she should not be working here if she's not here to provide customer service.

I recently bought shelves, a protective cover, and a ladder from Harbor Freight Tools, and I'm really happy with them. The prices were excellent and the quality was better than I had anticipated. These items are crucial as I get ready to renovate my bathroom, and I like how dependable they are. Strongly recommended!

I stopped at this Home Depot, my friend needed to make a return and I had a few items I needed to buy. While looking for items we noticed a sketchy man in plain clothes seeming to be shopping but he was doing more at us than the empty shelf in front of him so we knew he clearly wasn't shopping so we figured he was a creep stalker. All my friend said to me was "check out the guy not shopping. I feel like he's following us" loudly Enough for the guy to hear in hopes it would make him stop but he started to use profanity and cussed us out. We left that area and continued to shop away from that man, but he showed back up with a cop/ security guard and apparently worked at Home Depot and was making it his mission to talk shit towards us in front of the cop.. they started whispering loudly enough for us to hear that my friend was the person that called him out, and i felt very uncomfortable and felt like they were trying to intimidate me. It all was incredibly uncalled for. I continued looking for items I needed when I was approached again and kicked out of the store. I asked why because I thought if they were thinking I was stealing they could look through my bags gladly and that wasn't the case they just said that it was because of who I was with that I was being kicked out of the store. Which also was weird because he was in kicked out. They kicked me out. I said that doesn't really seem fair because I haven't done anything wrong and they said that they don't want to do business with me because my friend offended him. I put my items back and left the store. As we walked to the car, they came outside to continue to verbally harassing us, I heard the employee call my friend a "faggot" which is a really uncomfortable word to hear someone call anyone. I think Home Depot needs to reconsider who they've hired to work LP, because they weren't doing any preventing of items being stolen and they were just starting fights with gusts and then getting off on the power of getting to throw them out of the store. I've never experienced anything like this in my life and was a terrible experience. Home Depot needs to do better .

I bought some plants here about 3 weeks ago. They were really healthy when I bought them and shortly after I noticed them getting really dried out. I watered them and it didn't seem to matter. They were super dry. Then after I noticed that the soil seemed to be really hard. When I would water them the water would instantly run off and drip out the bottom of the pot. So I decided to water them and put a dish under the pot to catch the water. This seems to be the answer. But I am wondering why the soil was so hard on these particular plants.

This poor review is for return cashier Mariana. I have receipts and Yesterday I returned items asking for store credit. Liliana was awesome returning my items and giving me store credit but today I had some more returns and Mariana was extremely rude. Telling me I can't have store credit and refund my money to my credit card. Mariana doesn't offer the same job as Liliana. Stay away from Mariana because she's not trained the same and being rude didn't help her. I now shop elsewhere

I love this store, I’m here all the time and the employees are super friendly and helpful. I honestly enjoy every trip at this location because they are really good with their customers and ask you if you need help with anything! From looking for something to even checking out and making sure you found what you needed and you had a great experience! Most stores aren’t like this so huge plus to Homedepot! The employee I think his name was Eric was super awesome! He helped me in electrical!

Low/out of stock on most items i needed. Customers park chaoticly, completely disorganized sections of isle, card readers are not functional, (again no employee help).

I come to this location from time to time, and the experience has been great every time with employees, restocking their shelves, and as soon as they see me, they stop what their doing to help further assist me with my needs! Most stores aren't like this so huge plus to Homedepot! The employee I think his name was Eric was super awesome! He helped me in electrical!

Redoing a complete bathroom renovation. My wife and I had bought a vanity, along several other things. We came here to get some parts, but had some questions about the plumbing. You would think the people working the areas know a bit about the aisles they work in, but I guess not. The service I received here today was terrible. The two people I spoke with were not helpful at all. They've always had a huge selection of things and great pricing, but it's best to know exactly what it is you want before coming to this place as the customer service is not helpful at all

Came to visit family and needed to swing by Home Depot to grab some things for a repair. Met a great guy named Rex. Very respectful and smiling charismatic person. He and I chatted a bit while tending to our errands together and it’s like we were best friends. He even helped my wife and held her umbrella in the rain while getting back into our vehicle. Great guy! My wife said she wanted to take him home.

Does anyone here supervise the employees or not? I stood in the paint department for 30 minutes and no one came up. It's not the first time. I don't have time to wait, I'm losing money because of you.
