Well the supervisor today a young lady denied our military discount because I don't have a smart phone to download the dumb app. This is by far the rudest dirtiest home depot I have been to. Home depot in general honors veterans. Yet this home depot seems to not care about veterans and will be rude when asking about veterans discount. I left 500 worth of lumber there because of how rude the lady was. California is a very disrespectful place to be.

customer service desk at is awful. been here multiple times and the staff stands around talking or dragging out a single task. most employees stand around avoiding customers. they need a complete change of employeeson 1st visit i came to just pick up an online order and it took 20 mins when i was the only person in line. the staff were just starring at computers making me wait.yesterday on 2nd visit to return i was first in line with no other customers in the customer service desk and after waiting 30 mins and having 3 other people behind me they finally said "i can help the next person". at first it was 2 women employees who spent whole time running in and out looking for a truck that had curbside pick up. if the customer isn't there, help the people that actually are. then a male coworker came by and they just chatted for 5 mins knowing i was waiting. 4 other employees came to the customer service area and just stood around. when i finally got help they said my returns were not on the receipt from my member id. then i had to pull up the app to get the receipt number. 4 of the screws i bought had pictures and the receipt number i bought the same week and the employee said it's not showing up even though you can clearly see it in my purchase history from the app. she said nothing could be done and supervisor couldn't do anything.they deserve a 1 star for customer service. only good thing about this store is there electrical isle is better organized than the one on story road so they get 2 stars

I am at this store nearly daily being a contractor located close to the store. It has undoubtabley declined over the past 5 years. The lumber isle is more often than not cluttered with damaged wood laying around and product is rarely being brought down from the above racks to replenish stock. I spent over 2hrs waiting to get 2x6s and subfloor brought down (and this was after I came in earlier in the day and was told they would bring it down and to come back). This is annoying when it happens once, but it has steadily become a daily occurance. What frustrates me the most is the sheer lack of understanding how valuable time is too a contractor. They simply dont care anymore.

Ventura went above and beyond, I arrived 20 minutes prior to the store closing (though they closed at 10, oops!), And I started to try to figure out where everything was in a flash. I happened to come across Ventura who was eager to help, knew exactly where everything was, and took me there to the places. Sometimes it's hard to find someone that is as helpful, but Ventura was excellent!

I went to Home Depot today to copy some keys. Didn't know where to go so I asked a Home Depot employee for help. Their employees are friendly and knowledgeable. They know the place pretty well.They have 2 machines to make keys - one is an automatic one and one can only be operated by their employees. If you have a normal, common house keys, the automatic machine works well, fast and cheaper than similar automatic machines in other places. If you have a less common key that the automatic machine can't recognize, ask an employee to help you use the other machine. It was ~$4/key.Recommend copying your keys here!

This store has INCREDIBLE customer service!! Shout-out to the fastener plug, I believe his name is Anthony. I came in with my bike part where I needed a matching screw and washer. Anthony very patiently listened to what I was looking for. He found me the item and told me a little bit about why I would want a washer and screw, versus just a screw. I loved the patience he showed. I very much appreciate the help. Whenever I need something, I am ABSOLUTELY coming back to this very Home Depot!!!! Thank you Anthony!

Thank you very much home deportThe staff Daniela and Vanessa they helped me find a backup battery. My aquarium will die without electricity, but I don't know where to buy a battery. I thought of a good store in the United States, home deport. Sure enough, the employees in this store are the most responsible. Although they don’t sell batteries, they will help me find other places that have batteries. I’m really grateful. I’m not surprised why you can be the best national chain because of you There are the best employees, and it is recommended to give them a salary increase. The staff who helped me work number 1861 thank you for saving my fish. Daniela also helped take home a really nice plant!!

I spent soo much time picked up two plants, and the price on the pot were both incorrect during checkout. One wrote as 29.98 and turned out to be 34.98. The other wrote 11.98 but turned to be 14.98. And the service lady insist they were not the price on the tag. But it has dollar sign and no other number as price. Such a waste of TIME, super bad experience!! Please fix your system!

Great customer service from Vanessa (head cashier) and Jeff (manager).I may not be a frequent customer but now I'll go out of my way to shop there when I have home Depot related business because the store employees are 10/10 here.Especially Jeff. He's the coolest manager who won't give you the short end of the stick if something goes wrong.

After purchasing my item at the customer service desk I proceeded to the exit when the door greeter shouted to me telling me i cant take the items and demanded to see my receipt he made an entire scene about the situation despite having my receipt in my hand.I felt profiled and discriminated by my appearance way to have a door greeter that profiles and likes to cause a scene best to take my business somewhere else.

Stores very clean and organized. Employees are extremely helpful. Clean bathrooms too. If u need a place to stay a night in your car u can stay in the parking lot as long as your clean and quiet
