I bought a recliner and reclining sofa less than three years ago and the frames have broke.I called Lazy Boy and they refused to help.I spent $4000 on furniture that is no longer usable. The frames are cheap and will Not hold up.Save your time and money. I willNEVER buy another lazy boy again!

Great selection, nice, helpful staff!! Sunita was right there when we arrived and pointed us in the right direction. I bought sofa and chairs on sale, they put your selections on a monitor to view, very helpful.

I have purchased a Sofa 3 years ago and just bought a recliner chair with John and his service was fantastic! He made sure we had all the information about what we needed and allowed us to freely shop and ask questions as we had them. Wonderful experience!!!

Worst customer service ever. Price not transparent. Apparently they elevated the price and then discounted so the discount looks larger than it really is.We ordered a recliner a month go on a promotion event on the store. Before checking out, the lady Lydia who helped us, neither made it clear that it’s non-refundable nor let us know that it will take 2-3 months to ship. She said we only need to wait one to two weeks. Then today, a month since we placed the order, she changed her word and said the truth. But now if we want to cancel it, we will need to pay a 20% restocking fee.Regarding the price, I doubled checked the price they marked on their store vs online, it’s very different. Make sure you compare the prices before purchasing.

I purchased soft and loveseat recliners and it broke after 11 months. I had one year warranty so I called for repair. It was scheduled for 2 months later. Technician showed up and said you need a part. He order it and it shows up a month later. I call store and they schedule technician to come and repair and the technician showed up three weeks later.Technican came but didn't remove the old part about 40 pounds in large box. I called twice to store asking them to come and remove old part. They promised next day but never showed up. I will not buy from Lazy boy again.

After buying many a recliner from LazyBoy over the past 30+ years, I will never buy anything from them again! Went in to buy a sofa & ottoman. The reps we dealt with pressured me into buying a thousand-dollar rug, sight unseen, which I didn't really want, so we could qualify for the sale they had going on.When we got it and put it down, the rug had a rubbery, pebbly feel to it. My husband, who is a Vietnam Vet with balance issues, couldn't walk on it without risking a vertigo attack and possibly falling.After several phone calls with the sales rep, they would not take the rug back. And so has ended our relationship with LazyBoy!

Wow!! The worst costumer service!!Let’s start this off1.5 years ago my wife and I bought chairs hoping for the quality lazy boy is know for, unfortunately my wife’s chair had problems from the start and it was replaced after a long battle with the store her name is Cynthia. Then my chair started having problems and before they could get it fixed my 1 year warranty ran out…. This is the game they playNow my wife’s chair started having problems and they don’t return calls. Only thing we hear now is the manager Bryan tried calling. We have been doing this for 2 months now.If at all possible avoid this place and there staff!!!!!!

I am truly sorry to write this review. I am a loyal customer of Santa Clara Lazy Boy and although I have moved from the area, I wanted to continue to give them my business. Unfortunately, the customer service counter is abysmal. A few weeks ago, Saturday, I had a very nice interchange with a salesman on the floor who referred me to the customer service counter representative, Jamie. She was pleasant enough and wrote down my information: I had company coming in a few weeks and needed to order a new bladder insert for my sleeper sofa. The sofa is still in great shape ten years after purchase, so the product is stellar. Jamie promised that I would get a call the following Monday. I asked if she would leave a message if I did not pick up the call. She said she would. I never heard from Jamie. I called again this past weekend and Jamie said she needed to confirm the status of the order and she would call me on Monday (today). I did not hear from her, so I called the desk and spoke with Cynthia. I started to explain to Cynthia, but she said she had already heard about me and she would call me when they heard from customer service. I asked Cynthia if there was a number I could call or someone I could talk to about my experience and perhaps expedite the process. Cynthia took my comments personally and quickly grew impatient. Her tone was shocking. She could not give me a customer service feedback number, which is very odd for a brand name company. She said I could speak with the manager and I said that would be great. I was expecting to be transferred. She said he would "call me". I preferred to be transferred to his line to leave a message, but she hung up on me.After over ten years of loyalty and repeat business, I am taking my business to the South San Francisco location and hope to have a better people experience. I hope for the sake of the future of Santa Clara store and the people that work there, the customer service reps receive training ASAP.

I bought a manual rocker and the crank nosie is awful overtime and does not get better and after 10 months it slips and makes another loud abrupt sound and then after paying $2000 they charge you $75 to come out and takes 5 weeks and if parts are needed another month so BEWARE

Last Thursday I wrote a review regarding La-Z-Boy not standing by their policy on returns. I received a response by Desiree H, Business Manager who offered to look into this and asked for further information. She did not leave any contact information. It is however, I smart way to let Yelp know that someone is looking into my issue. I contacted the Blossom Hill location to ask if they know a Desiree H, Business Manager that they can forward my complaint to. Have not heard back from the location. Matter of fact, I have not heard anything from them since December 22, when they told me nothing they can done about the damage. I have now submitted my complaint to the BBB.

Sunita was very helpful and found me the sofa bed that I wanted when we thought none were available. Very knowledgeable. The only problem was the throw pillows were a different color than the ones promised but I can live with that.
