We had the good fortune to be assisted in making our purchases (an automated recliner chair and matching love seat) by store manager Ana. She was extremely well informed, patient, and courteous. We had a lot of questions which she answered cheerfully and with an abundance of patience. All of our questions were answered to our satisfaction. We visited the store a total of 3 times before making our purchases, going back home to take photos for color matching and measurements. Ana encouraged us to do so to ensure we made an informed decision that we would be happy with. It is so refreshing especially nowadays to have that high level of professionalism and true customer service. Our highest customer service rating and recommendation--THANK YOU Ana!

Don't waste your time buying here. I paid $5500 for 2 custom recliners ordered in November of 2022. Recliners delivered in February of 2023 with major problems in craftsmanship. Made in the USA should be embarrassed numerous flaws and no quality control. Here we are in August and we are still ordering parts and rebuilding these recliners. I was better off with MADE IN CHINA. I call the store on Blossom Hill spoke to Eric and all I get is excuses and he never calls back when he says he is. Now I'm try to deal with Ana the store manager who never returns my calls or she is conveniently busy with a customer or she just stepped out. Great customer service selling you custom furniture but horrible customer service trying to get issues resolved. This is pathetic. When the 3rd party came out to repair and disassemble the chair the parts are not made in the USA they are made somewhere else the only American is the shotty assembly work they did with no quality control. Save your self some money go to Living Spaces and get some better quality Made in China Recliners that will at least be put together right. Made in the USA my ass just a scam Lazy Boy should be called Lousy Quality

Our couch was over a decade old and starting to feel lumpy and uncomfortable. We came to lazy boy to look at recliners and was helped my Joseph. He was very patient and let us try out each type of couch until we found the one we liked. This place has good quality pieces and I would recommend this store for anyone looking for a new couch.

Ana helped us pick out a sleeper sofa and glider chair. She stayed 45min after close to complete the ordering process so we didn't have to come back another day. The process was very quick and smooth and she was very friendly. We have bought furniture from this la-z-boy location before and have always had a great experience and a quality product.

Victoria was a wonderful salesperson. She was knowledgeable, patient, kind, understanding, and even let us bring our dog inside the showroom to try out the couches. (We didn't actually put the dog on the couch, although she probably would have let us). I definitely recommend buying a couch from Victoria at Lazyboy's, and we will definitely return for all of our furniture needs in the future.

I finally went into Lazy Boy to look at chairs. I found one that matched my existing sofa. Feb 1st I ordered it and paid my deposit I paid they balance before it arrived on March 18th. With in 10 minutes one of the legs broke with in the chair itself.The company that repairs the chair sent a text to let me know they can come out May 1st or 2nd. Well that wasn't going to work. He came out that day and said he is telling Lazy Boy to send a new chair. Spoke to Julie at the location and she said they will order me a new chair- I believed she said April 3rd some chairs were coming into the store and we will order new legs because they were coming in with a different color. Maybe I heard the date wrong.When I called back I was told it will be coming in April 23rd. Well i never received a call to schedule date, so I called and now I'm told the soonest is 5/21 available date.They had no problem in taking my money and to send the delivery people to take the broken chair back with in a week.It amazes me that no one has called me except when I call them first. I liked the chair but now I feel trapped with Lazy Boy and I would never recommend this company to anyone. I would like to know why it's taking so long as the first chair came within 6 weeks.So, Lazy Boy please call me and let me know the reason for this delay.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Ordered a loveseat on 12/31/2022. Was told 8-12 weeks. It is now the end of April & it’s been pushed out for delivery 3 times. Not ONCE did anyone contact me. Now I am told July for delivery. I have been doing all the calling & going in to the store to get information. Then I’m told I can’t cancel the order because it’s a special order. HUH? OBVIOUSLY it hadn’t been produced yet…….I wanted to buy a different style—-in stock——but can’t cancel the first order without an approval from a regional manager who only can be reached by email——and doesn’t respond. Time to report to BBB. and enlist the help of a consumer advocacy group.
