Girl with green hair is a complete jerk and has no idea what customer service is. Rudely ignoring my brother in law when he asks her if she works there… twice, yet I ask her and she says ask help from a clerk. Yet she is the manager.. what a joke. This is not the first negative experience we have had with her.

Parking lot is a 3 ring circus... This is an older store and the customers are on the "shadier side..." Go during the day...Customer Service is a joke… went at 4:30 on Saturday and there was one cashier with a line almost to the rear of the store..Avoid Employee Leonard, he’s a jerk. I was standing, patiently in a line, waiting to check out and he tugs my cart aside and says that he can help me over at the self check. He scans the first two items, turns and says, there you can do the rest and walks away. If I had wanted to use the self checkout, I would have gone there in the first place. Frickn idiot.

Always kept clean and tidy, however they need to staff the registers. 10-15 minute lines are common. One register open when I was there today, plus self checkout. Not enough.

Ive came here multiple times and have the same experience each time. There is a Mexican lady with blonde hair and she is extremely rude. I also notice her hyper-focusing on any black people ALL THE TIME. Its 2023 there is no excuse for this, she doesn't get paid that much to where she thinks she can be as entitled as she is. There is no excuse for this behavior but friendly reminder if you hate your job that much to where you need to ruin people's day to feel like you're important, you need to quit or go to therapy seriously lmfao. Ive never seen someone so racist and angry at their own life. I dont do racism and I see the difference in her interactions with other people. Fix it, before she does it to the wrong person one day

I was going through the reviews and a lot of them are about a rude female worker, and after my encounter tonight, I honestly think this is all the same employee.I was checking my items out at the self-checkout line, and I noticed on the screen it read that I was being charged full price for a bakery product when there was a discount. I walked over to the employee stationed nearby, and I very nicely asked her why I was being charged full price and without saying a word she just pointed at my screen, so I walked back over to still see in big red font the original price. Confused, I walk back over to her and say I'm confused and start re-explaining the situation, and she cut me off and said "READ THE SCREEN," with a loud & aggressive voice. I looked at her just stunned at how she just spoke to me, and to cool off I just said thank you and walked back to my screen, but I was still so shocked that she would just treat me in such a horrible way right off the bat. I hadn't done anything to her! I understand she might be asked this question multiple times a day or that people have bad days at work or in life in general, but this does not justify her behavior towards me at all, especially since I was so nice to her from the beginning! After that interaction, I did notice that in a smaller and lighter font, it did show the discount off of the item, but she could have told me all of that in a much nicer tone. My checkout spot was positioned in a way where my back was turned from her, but I was ready to ask her why she was being so rude to me after I was done, but I turned around and she was gone and I noticed the other self-check out shoppers needed assistance and were just looking around for her too. The lack of accountability and responsibility just from this one individual is crazy! I drove home and immediately called the store number to get her name, and a man picked up. I asked for the employee's name and described her. (This employee had blonde hair with grown out roots tied up into a bun, working at 9:05 PM). He said "Kathleen" or "Christine" but I could not really understand him over the phone and asked him to spell the name out, and then I heard a female voice telling him to end the phone call. Was this the rude worker from before?? Who knows but he follows her instructions and hangs up on me. Persistent, I called once more and a different employee picks up and again, a female voice in the background tells her to hang up and she does. I am so disappointed in this whole experience, and it has honestly ruined my entire night. I live closeby and grew up coming to this store with my parents and younger siblings, and I drove my siblings out there after work to make a fun dinner with them and now the whole mood has been spoiled by this one employee with an attitude problem. I used to love coming to this location because of how friendly the workers have always been to me, but this one experience makes me never want to come back. I don't expect to be treated like royalty, but just with basic human decency. Such poor customer service and with all the reviews complaining about this rude female employee, I am surprised she is still on their team at this point continuing to openly humiliate and loudly berate customers!

They normally have 1 reg. lane open for alcohol purchases, and it's always long. All the self service lanes are always open which is awesome if you dont purchase alcohol! Its nice and clean, I love their plant and flower selections as they always change!

Worst customer service!The lady at self checkout was rude to my husband when he was there picking up some stuff for dinner. She accused him of stealing!!! Second time this lady embarrasses him while at checkout! She then went on to say " I have black uncles" as if it made it ok for her to make point him out for that reason. Will be calling corporate as this is not the first time this happens!

* = Large store with wide selection* = Plenty of parking, lots of shopping carts* = Friendly service from floor employees- = Meat department is inconsistent- = Management needs to have more people manning the check-out linesMy house is actually closer to the Zanatto's on Foxworthy & Cherry, but that store sells absolutely nothing in bulk. When I'm heading out to purchase my shopping cart's worth of groceries for the week, this is the store I hit.Firstly, I like the wide selection. This is a fairly large Lucky location and it's rare for me to not find what I'm looking for. Secondly, the employees on the floor are nice and helpful. The ones stocking the shelves are fairly invisible, the checkers are fast and polite. The parking lot has a ton of open spaces - though, be warned: a lot of the lines have worn off the pavement, so you get a surplus of people parking over multiple spaces.I've noticed two areas where this Lucky could improve:#1, the meat and seafood department. Firstly, the value pack steaks are a mixed bag. The first time I got them, the steaks were perfectly cut, nice and even from front to back. The second time, the culotte steaks (tri tip) were super unevenly cut. There were valleys and peaks all over the steak fillets. It was like they were letting some new guy in training do the tray pack that day. Also (this is less of a big deal, but just worth mentioning): I've literally never seen anyone behind the counter ready to help you at the seafood or meat counters. I've definitely seen the butchers in red aprons in the aisles, refilling the coolers. But I've never seen anyone near the actual case, so in the rare event that you need something that's not in the fridge section, you'll have to stand there for a few minutes and look around for help.#2, the managers here are running the absolute bare minimum for labor. What that means is, whenever I'm ready to check-out, there's always two options: self check-out (which is impossible if you have a large cart full of groceries, because there's not enough room to fit everything in the bagging area)... or lining up at check stand #1 and waiting behind 3-4 other customers, knowing full well that when my turn arrives, I'll have the privilege of bagging my own groceries. I've only seen a second checker open once... and I've literally never seen a bagger at this location. The checkers are overworked and they don't hide their irritation and it makes you feel guilty waiting for them to bag your groceries, so you just end up doing it yourself.Overall, this location is doing the job for now, but I'm absolutely on the hunt for a new store because I can't stand having to bag my own groceries here.

I've been coming here since the day the store opened. I live down the street. The time it takes to check out the last few years is getting downright unacceptable. I can go to Costco, buy 10x the items and check out 10x as fast. I suspect this is management being cheap and not wanting to pay for cashiers. At busy times of day they will have one, sometimes two checkout lanes. The lines sometimes stretch literally all the way down the frozen food aisle. It takes me 5 min to grab a few items but then 15 minutes in line to check out. It's bad enough now that I'm starting to shop elsewhere. Also, why try to sell alcohol if it is locked up with no way to get it? A while back there was a doorbell, you push (and wait forever). The door bell is now gone and when I asked "so how do we request service to get alcohol?" I was told the doorbell was stolen a long time ago and just shrugged. So now to make matters worse, you have to stand in the long line, ask for alcohol, wait while they go get it, and hold up the line even longer. The staff here are all very nice. I've known them for years. I do see them getting a little cranky and it's probably because they are not getting enough support and being worked to death. Oh the deli sandwiches are delicious, fresh, and a decent value (although price did just jump a couple bucks)

The employees at the checkout are so rude and mean. Literally made the customer in front of me feel like he lying about the cost of the watermelon he wanted to buy when he said the sign clearly stated a certain price. I mean whether he was right or not the register lady didn't have to talk to him in such a rude way! She was so loud about how wrong he was that everyone in line could hear. Didn't even go herself to double check. Then don't even get me started w how she treated me w how many time I've been going to the store. It's my business. I'm a paying customer! Honestly made me feel bad for even shopping here!!! I would NOT recommend coming to this location. Poor service and pissy attitude workers at the check out. The rest of the employees like the ones at the produce section are nice though

They close at 10 mon _sat and 8 or 9 on Sunday. Very well kept store .FYI please refraime from the corners of the building or leaving you bag sitting down ,they have a few huge black widows that hang out there.
