Great example of bad dealership. Totally unprofessional and dishonest. I've been calling and texting them about a specific car for two weeks. Mohammed from the sales team kept telling me that the car is not ready because their tech was working on it "changing filters". Finally, after two weeks he told me that the car would be ready on Friday. I scheduled an appointment for Sunday morning to see it. On Friday evening he texted me that the car had been sold. I've been constantly following up with him, and he didn't even bother to tell me that there's another person interested. Don't waste your time with this dealership.

They sold me 4 year service contract when I bought the car forcefully. Today I took my car for service and they said it expired a week ago and refused to do 4 th service. They wanted to charge me close to $1000 for level A minor service for car driven only 6000 miles in 4 years. Whan I asked them to just do oil change he charged me $372.The price was too much for oil change. When I asked about a coupon for oil change infront of him he said it is for something else. They said service will take about an hour and half and i waited. After 2 and half hours waiting, car was not ready and they said I had to wait for another one hour for car wash. They aren't any people waiting for service and hardly any cars in for service. Not going here any more.

The salesperson was good and the techs and other staff were friendly but the finance woman Solmaz was the definition of pushy. An additional star deducted for her horrendous breath. In need of a breath mint bad! Had to throw my mask on even sitting across the table lol.

I went to Mercedes Benz of San Jose for my yearly maintenance service. My service advisor was Joshua Delgado. He is a nice guy. Josh found the issue on my tires due to the misaligned front shaft. After the service, I can feel the difference while I am driving. He answered all my questions about the maintenance report but also pricing. He thoughtfully explained all the details from the report, every single item. I already set up the appointment for the next maintenance under his name. I highly recommend him.

I received excellent customer service from Sales Manager Kevin and Jesse, and when I say excellent I'm not exaggerating; Jesse resolved some issues from my initial inquiry and was happy to help. Called me back when he said he was going to call and followed up. He was very friendly and honest to say the least. I drove out more than pleased and if these 2 guys are there in 3 years I'm definitely coming back for my next vehicle. Thank you guys

Bought a used MBZ to use as a second car. Got it home and the second time I went to drive it, it was dead. AAA came and told me the battery had to be replaced. Replaced the battery then put it on a trailer to ship to my San Diego home. Got it down there, started once and that was it. It was dead again. Turns out something is draining the battery. Now I have a car that will not start and will have to spend $$$ to have a MBZ dealer figure it out. I can't even sell it for parts because the dealer hasn't sent in the paperwork to the DMV (It's been two months) so I have no title. MBZ of San Jose had to have known something was wrong with the car. I recommend going to any other MBZ dealer. Stay away from MBZ of San Jose. I am giving one star only because it will not post with no stars.

I have had difficulties with my engine light being on since April of 2022, there were multiple steps done to get where I got this last visit. I want to give a big thank you to Joshua Delgado and Lyndon Devera over at the San Jose dealership on Capitol. Joshua helped to make sure my warranty covered all of the parts that needed to be replaced and Lyndon went the extra mile to get it entirely checked by an engineer and got it thoroughly looked at. He went through many runarounds to get the parts shipped, tons of phone calls and was extremely efficient in communication and made sure it was a job well done. Lyndon was also extremely trustworthy and was very polite and on top of everything!

I bought my car from MB San Jose. The sales experience was very good. They were true to their word. The best part of MB San Jose is the service department. My service advisor, David Truong, is awesome!. He listens. He communicates. He makes things happen. Plus, David is an all around nice guy who provides exemplary service. I have owned BMWs and Audis. This is my first Mercedes-Benz. I feel fortunate working with David. I look forward to bring in my car, because I know David will take not good, but GREAT care of me!

My experience with the service advisor, Chris Hitchcock, was outstanding. Not only was he always available to help me in determining what the issue was with the servicing of my car, but he was willing to get answers to the many questions I had from the service technicians without ever making me feel I was a "pain" or that he had better things to be doing. I greatly appreciated his professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction. The dealership is lucky to have him.

We had a terrible experience with Mercedes - Benz service in San Francisco, so we decided to use this service centre instead. I called Lyndon for our van maintenance, he was polite and helpful during the setting of the appointment. It was important for us to get the vehicle back as soon as possible. I was told that it would take at least a day to complete the maintenance (many companies say so, but for some reason in reality it takes much longer usually). To my great surprise, the vehicle was received exactly on time with excellent service to boot.I am really pleased to recommend this service to folks who value their time and high-quality work.Thank you for your work guys, we definitely will use you again!

I went to sell my car to this dealership. I signed the title paper and all other papers right in front of the rep. I also gave my id which confirmed who I was. He took copies of the id and he made me sit for 4 hours and could not process my sale. He could not convince his coworkers at Steven Creek office that the person signing the paper is real and the name on the title is the same person and that he has checked the id. The simple issuing of check took him 4 hours. What a lousy company and lousy service. Not at all the level of the name. I've received so much better service at BMW Fremont and Tesla Fremont. I never expect such high end card dealers to give this low level of service. Never go there.

I have been here multiple times. And the service has always been good no matter how busy they get. Anthony has been my service manager, he's always on top of things to ensure everything in the vehicle is taken care of. He also sends reminders for service due and makes sure to have the vehicle ready on time. Also, special shout out to David Pak from Autonation who has always been helpful. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is in order. I would highly recommend him for any body repair works. He's knowledgeable and very responsive. He's helped me each time with the crashes I've had in the past. The whole process has been very smooth even during difficult times.

I had the bad experience with sale team in the past. I just had another one with service team last week on 8/12/2022. My car was brought in to have wheel alignment. The steering wheel was not centered after alignment. I called in to raise this issue to the service director and was told to bring the car back on 8/13/2022 at 8:00AM .I brought my car back in the next day and was sent home by the service advisor who was assigned to me on 8/12/2022 because a person did the wheel alignment on my car was not there on that day. He told me to come back on Monday. I brought the car back on Monday (8/15/2022) to fix the wheel alignment issue at 8:20AM. I came back at lunch to get my car. I tested the car and it had the same issue, nothing changed. I asked the service advisor to test the car and he confirmed that the steering wheel was not centered. He told me to come back the next day to talk to his service director on 8/16/2022 (they think that I have nothing to do in my life)I went home and sent an email to service director and service advisor and asked them to give my money back because I was not happy with the outcome of the wheel alignment at Mercedes Benz of San Jose. I got a call back from service advisor after an email was sent. The service advisor told me to bring the back before 4:30PM so they can have a foreman to take a look at it.I drove there again in the same day to have the foreman to look at my car. He tested it and he knew there was something wrong with the wheel alignment. He realigned and made the steering wheel centered.My recommendation is that if the second attempt was not working, the service advisor should not sent a customer home instead of calling a foreman or service director to fix this issue right away.I will never come back there again.Here is the picture of the steering wheel after second alignment. It did not look right.
