Just had an amazing experience at this place. Got my wheel alignment service done at an affordable price ! Same day appointment was awesome. Highly recommend advisor Jose who was super helpful and made this visit painless for me. Kudos to the service team .. especially my man Jose !

Service department is a joke and needs to be investigated. Shocked by the lack of professionalism and flat out lies from Mercedes of San Jose. Took my car in for a recall and they gave me a $10K bill then would not return my calls? No one would return my calls for a week not even the manager. They are a money grab and nothing about this place represents consideration for the product or the customer. Do not make the mistake of going to this place for your vehicle unless you want to give money away and go nuts calling them over and over.

I recently had an unsettling experience with my vehicle purchase from AutoNation Mercedes Benz of San Jose. Shortly after buying the vehicle, I encountered an error, which led to a series of challenges in resolving the issue. The lack of prompt communication and professional handling of the situation was disappointing. Although the situation improved after engaging Corporate HQ, the overall experience left me unsatisfied. As a returning customer, I hope the company addresses these issues and enhances their customer service to prevent such problems in the future

"This is the worst service I've ever had to deal with. My car has been in repairs for over 3 months now, and I've had to pay around $5000 for the repairs, but the problem is still not resolved. They simply don't answer the phone, ignore my voicemails, and are keeping my car while disregarding me."

The labor cost more than the service performed on the vehicle. They charged me 712$ in labor for a 263$ fix and they had my car there from 8am to 530pm they were for sure getting their hours in. Future reference for anybody here go to Mercedes service of Silicon Valley same service half the cost.

1 Month Update - nothing has been done by them to fix the situation. Haven't event received the registration yet. Turns out Qaise didn't submit bill of sale to the DMV. They're not even cancelling the windshield protection. Qaise had told us both front and rear windshields are covered. He was wrong. He told us we have 60 days to cancel it. He hasn't been reachable and others tell us it's not cancellable. Just a pathetic dealership.Update: their reply to my review just proves my point. They have the same generic automated reply to every bad review. I literally wrote that I'm not able to reach anyone on the number they have listed. If they're really not swindling me, they could just reach out to me and correct their mistake. Nobody has apologised to me even once. There's no accountability. No ownership. This is disgusting.Luis Vargas was my sales associate, Gurwinder Singh was the sales manager and Qaise Mojadded was the finance manager. I bought a CPO 2021 GLC 300 from them. It was in great condition until I went to finalize financing. I bought an appearance protection package since the interior was beige. They totally ruined the car's appearance while applying paint protection. They fully scratched up the rear paint and removed the protection that was already perfectly applied, and applied new door protection completely misaligned. So now the protection isn't even covering the door edges. Gurwinder assured me they'd have another dealership fix this as I was moving cities. Qaise and Gurwinder assured they'd call me within 2 days. It's been 2 weeks and I've not received any communication. It is impossible to connect with anyone at the dealership as they just keep transferring my calls with no answer. The associate, Luis, has since not answered my calls/texts. He was extremely unprofessional and dishonest from the beginning - trying to get us to take a loan at more than double the APR we finally got after finding out about an offer; laughing at us on the side during phone calls. I want to cancel the windshield protection that I bought and they won't even reply to that.This was my personal experience and maybe they treated me like this because they sell much more expensive cars. In any case, this has been a pathetic experience and I don't think even a no-name roadside dealership should be like this. I hope this is not the level of standards that Mercedec-Benz or Autonation aspires to operate at.

Bought a 2019 Mercedes c43 amg . Super clean and Pristine condition. Low mileage everybody there was super nice and helpful. Process was super easy. I really appreciate the kindness from everyone there and for helping me secure a car that I’ve been looking for the past year.

Called in today regarding a safety recall notice I received in the mail. Front desk transferred me to a MICAH (sp?), who kept telling me that there was no recall on our vehicle. I asked why we would receive a legitimate notice from Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC with an official NHTSA Recall ID attached, and if he could check further, and he said nothing before hanging up on me. Absolute worst example of dealing with a problem you don't know how to solve on your own.

The service advisor, Anthony Lorenzo and has given my mom such great service. Every time my mother comes here to the Mercedes dealership on capital Expressway and enjoys the freedom to stop by gets customer service is treated with a full respect. Anthony, Lorenzo has a great customer service skills, and down to earth friendliness and create a welcome environment that my mother feel comfortable,This is the only dealership my mother will start going to know because she’s been extremely content and happy since plus the wait time to get service is rapid compared to other places may take a month out

Mercedes of San Jose has always been courteous and caring and my car usually runs much better after the “Service”. I’ve had a few hiccups along the way on some of my services where I’ve had to bring my car back to leave for a day or two to get that fixed ( inconvenience) but all in all it’s been a great experience. I understand that things happen and best to get it fixed correctly then let it go!Anthony was my service guys and always called to let me know what they were finding and the charge if I wanted to do it! Mind you, my car has 100,000 miles on it but I love it and it runs like a charm because I take it in for services and Mercedes takes good care of my car!

My car hand brake got stuck and I was not able to drive - van will not move. Two people tried without success . Called towing . Van parked in dealership for service . Got call from smart polite Joshua next morning asking questions which I fully responded . The second time he called he was mad I heard is scream "they it is nothing wrong with my car "it is ready to pick up . (The door is fine and brake is fine . ) I told him he is mistaken and to check it up again and he actually went but he did not really check it well. . I know for fact the hand brake it is not even hook to cable but Joshua stated "five time "that is nothing wrong with my car and my car is ready for pick up at 3pm and he was incredibly rude and incompetent ! He stated " I told you already five time your van is ready for pick up " i called several time but he refused to pick up and refused to fixed my van for $95 000. I left message for supervisor but he was also not available! I was forced to tow my car from this dealership to Steven Creek dealership and asked them to service my car because it is not safe to drive !!!! TOWTRUCK DRIVER DETACHED PARKING BRAKE CABLE TO ALLOW VEHICLE TO MOVE, PLEASE INSPECT AND ADVISE. Know I will have to be without my car for five to six days . Ouch I paid repair insurance for almost $10 000 and they refused to service my car and refused to give me a loaner car !

If I could give 0 stars I would. My mom and I immediately felt judged the moment we parked the car. We walked inside and there was a group of people that noticed we were there and looked away and continued talking. The atmosphere of the dealership was already horrible. As soon as test driving both cars, I had looked at one I was really interested in. The salesperson was extremely rude. We had talked about the price and said if there's anyway he would be able to talk to his manager (after all worst he can say is no and continue talking about the deal), however upon asking if the salesperson may ask him manager he seemed to have gotten frustrated slightly raising his voice stating "Did you want to ask him yourself?" And "Go ask him for yourself" with attitude as if he is not the salesman trying to close the deal. This dealership is full of ignorant people just trying to screw you over, and will not care for you. Even when we had cash in hand withdrawn, they had treated us horribly when we had the funds to close the deal that day. I rather not give a rude salesperson some commission from the car I can easily buy due to being treated so horribly. Dealership is the most unprofessional and dishonest dealership within the area. Save yourself the hassle and go to any near dealership near by to be treated at least like a decent human being. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COST.

I just want to thank Mercedes-Benz of San Jose for the great amazing customer service I dealt with Sean, the sales manager and his entire team from sales guys, to finance, he he was beyond helpful from the beginning of my transaction tell the end of purchasing my G wagon These guys are amazing they work with great customer service skills they will help you out anyway they can to accomplish your dream car..They will go above and beyond to make things possible if they're not impossible they have great value, selection of cars and for shopping around two months. This was the best place to purchase the vehicle I wanted. Sean and your whole entire team. Thank you very much I will be a returning customer,And I will refer friends and family....

We had a fantastic experience at this dealership! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure we found the right car for our needs. The financing process was smoothly and enthusiastically to explain detailed information what we were confused. Thank you to sale manager Shean Shah , he is friendly, professional with a fast and good deal for us therefore we never felt pressured to make a decision. We also specifically thanks to Luis, Jesus( two agents) and Danny ( financial manager)for your great and professional job. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car .
