After visiting my daughter's gravesite I was a little off but got an upgrade, it went smoothly so now going back in to upgrade again. Hopefully I can get iPhone & keep my number (business reasons)

It's in a sketchy neighborhood but my overall experience in the store was good, - one drunk or intoxicated gentleman that came in swearing about his phone not working. They have good deals and good prices on phones and plans.

Stay away from this store. The manager (TIM) is sooo unprofessional, uncivilized and have no manners for any RACE !!!! The worse recruit by MOBILE PCS???
