Was helped buy a guy named Junyl I believe, super friendly and eager to help! Normally I go to auto parts stores and the staff 90% of the time seems depressed or doesn't care about their job. Junyl provided exemplary assistance and helped me get all the parts I needed while having a good attitude and being very sociable. Wish more auto parts stores hired people like him!

Poor service from one of the staff - Guillermo. Other staff in the past have been courteous but this was a bad experience enough to change my mind not to shop at this store or Oreilly altogether.Just went to another O’Reillys store in Milpitas. Those guys were amazing with their customer service. Please read my other review about that store. This guy Guillermo at this store should be fired. I hope he loses his job. If you don’t want to help customers, don’t work a service job,

Came to the Alum location at 7:55pm and they were closed. The sign reads 7:30am to 10:00pm and the open sign was on but the doors were locked and not person in sight.

Eddie the manager very rude spoke on the phone three times put me on hold never answered then once he finally answered he said he didn't have the parts and I went to a different store 25 min away they said they had them here I came back eddie said he didn't have them here so I called the store I had went to then Eddie changed his mind and said he did have it and was very rude bad customer service he's the manager.

When you need to get a part to get your car back on the O'Reillys can usually make it happen. If they don't have it in stock or at their hub location they can usually order whatever you're looking for from their Stockton warehouse and have it in hand later the same say if ordered early enough...

If your car starts but dies after a while, or if u have to jump start your car every time you use it. You can bring it here and they will actually come out and plug their computer thing to test your alternator or battery. Staff always try to help u exactly what u need. They close really late. Before COVID they used to close at 10 or 11 something like that. 9pm is still pretty late. Considering cars don’t care what time it is when they need a little juice here, a new filter there, etc. Tools are definitely not Snap On, but definitely cheap, and of workable quality. I’ve had a jack and a set of ramps for many many years now, and still work as they did when I first used them. I don’t type a lot of reviews and I took the time to type this, because this really (and all o’Reilly stores) is a good store.
