I got a loan from this bank. I am very satisfied with their service. The banker Kat M did a great job. She was prompt in replies, knowledgable to answer any questions, and quick in co-ordinating and moving the application forward.

Bs they want me to update the app but really it's requiring me to install a whole new app onto my phone and that app has all 1 star bad experiences so I'm closing my account.Plus they say $50 when u refer a friend however when you file taxes you have to pay $90 to file that form for their con to pay you $50 buyer beware!!Tellers are super nice.

I went in to get a new debit and credit card as I had lost mine and I met the best teller I've ever had at this location. Horatio was so friendly, knowledgeable, and was able to have me in and out in jif! He is very customer oriented, so much so that he was kind enough to show me how to transfer funds from my other bank into my Premier One account. I appreciated his attention to detail and his professionalism. I will be back because of him for sure!

They have gone from bad to worse surprised I and other people actually still use this Institution. They charge members $10 for notary, but if you bank at Wells Fargo, Chase, BofA, Citi or as a Veteran, Navy Federal will do it for Free even if your not a member. Most other credit unions also do notary for free. Not this one! They used to. They in the past have said they can waive it. Just bad policy. Lazy people. Some of the excuses they will use so they don't have to work. "Notary no in today, at lunch, only bank documents, appointment only". They probally have more excuses.

Kay A. was amazing to work with. She explained everything simply and accurately. She was able to work quickly on my loan process. She covered all the details clearly and was able to get me the best rate option available. I was so pleased with Kay's friendliness and professionalism. Every transaction we've done with Premier One has been pleasant, professional, and genuinely cared about us; from checking, savings, loans personal or vehicle or platinum credit cards!

To begin this I would just like to point out that I have been with this bank for about 8 months now and they been super helpful. I was referred by my brother and to ask for Daniel Valentin the Branch manager. Daniel Valentin has helped me out so much with car loans and take out my first Credit Card at 20 years old. I've seen my credit grow and every time I go I'm welcomed by the staff. I would also love to say an employee named Dora is very helpful and helped me get another loan recently. She made calls and got me approved to a bigger loan and get my dream vehicle. I've been helped by her so much within 3 days of my applying for my second auto loan. AMAZING CREDIT UNION AND VERY HELPFUL ONE OF THE BEST PLACES AND BANKS TO GO!!!.

Website and online services are 20 years out of date. No 24hr help nor online chat help for minor issues. Staff is condescending and unhelpful. Absolutely worst experience ever. I rather a proper back charge me for everything rather than deal with a backward institution like this

Denise was so pleasant and super informative when I called for information regarding my account! I don't currently reside near any of the branches(+2500 miles!) and she guided me through verification of my account as well as gave me details on how I can set up bank to bank transfers. There's a reason why I've been a member for over 15yrs and it's because of really nice interactions with PremierOne(formerly SJCU) employees!

To those interested in the most excellent financial services, may I recommend this wonderful establishment. With incredibly low rates and beyond fabulous customer service, I would look no further. I've had the pleasure of doing business with these fine folks for over 20 years. The name may have changed once or twice but the credibility and service have never wavered. To be honest, I've done most of my business with the most excellent financial services provider, Kay Amado. I wouldn't have reached my financial freedom without her assistance. Whenever I need help or knowledge regarding financial services, I depend on Kay. I couldn't be happier with this business, and the wonderful people who work here.

TLDR; Great co-op CU with a nice location, good customer service, proper COVID protocols, and quick and efficient service. Easy to get cashiers checks with a fee of $5/check. This Credit Union (CU) is conveniently located right next to TJ Maxx/HomeGoods. There is plenty of parking. Another popular CU nearby closed at 4:00pm on a Thursday afternoon, so I was happy to find that PremierOne was open a little later. They are following COVID protocols. All staff were wearing masks, there was plexiglass separators at each station, and there were decals on the floor, 6 feet apart. I have an account with a CU that does not have locations in California, so I was looking for a co-op CU where I could get a cashiers check. When I was arrived, someone mentioned they would be right with me since there were a couple people ahead of me. The lady helping was very kind and professional as well. Overall, customer service was great. The process of getting cashiers checks was super quick and easy. I just had to provide my member number (for my CU), show them my drivers license, verify my last 4 of my SSN, and tell them the amount and who to write the check out to. There is a $5 fee per check which is super reasonable. I've heard of places charging $10-15. Overall, it was a great experience!
