This is one of the top cheapest gas stations in the entire south bay. It routinely beats Costco Gas most of the time for regular unleaded by a few cents. Also consider this is the standard debit/cash price as well, without any additional Safeway rewards discounts applied. The price displayed on the pump always reflects the "cash" price when using a debit card. If you are a Safeway rewards member, there are further discounts as well, although a rewards account is NEVER required. Usually this station is pretty busy most of the time, but there are two rows, with 4 pumps on each side, or 16 pumps total. The wait time is usually less than at Costco, and quite convenient. After researching most of the stations in the South Bay, and San Jose specifically, you can be sure that you are paying anywhere from 30 to 80 cents per gallon less than the majors such as Shell, Chevron, Valero, etc. Even most Arco stations are at least 10-30 cents more expensive.Given the high cost of gas lately, this is always my primary pick every time.

My place to go to get gas before the weekend. Not long of a wait, though some people will cut in line. So you gotta be paying attention ?

I love when I save up enough rewards for a $1 off per gallon. Super helps me out

They provided me really excellent and friendly service. My car battery died while I was in the neighborhood, and they not only provided me immediate roadside assistance but had replaced my battery within an hour. I can't recommend them highly enough!

They have a card skimmer on pump #6 and possibly inside as well. I just got hit for 2 $40 transactions and employees are clueless. Pay cash don't use cards

After fueling up with 91 octane, my car's check engine light turned on. This has raised concerns for me about the fuel quality at this station. I would avoid this gas station.

Always crowded but seems to move pretty fast anyway. Gas prices are the best in San Jose. If you go to Costco at might be a little cheaper but the people are totally rude.

Can be crowded. Lots of confused drivers who cant seem to drive to a pump. Almost every time I go the receipt won't print for your purchase. Rather annoying. Prices are good but I don't like this place.

Cheap prices and if you shop at Safeway you get discounted gas. You get cash price by using a debit card at the pump. Modern station with lots of pumps.

This gas station is great. I couldn't stand myself coming into the store and say thanks to manager. The even filled my car without myself. Store has pretty much every snack and drink I could have thought of. Really recommend this place.

When there are lines, they are fast moving because there are eight pumps with hoses long enough to reach both sides of a vehicle, effectively capable of fueling 16 vehicles simultaneously. Prices are reasonable competitive in the environment of ongoing changing prices of fuels. It’s much more convenient to fuel up here than drive around looking for the “best” prices. Conveniently located on a major street and near a freeway, next to lots of local businesses and ample parking.

Fuel quality is not at the level I would expect. I pumped 91 and got a check engine light afterwards, due to the octane not being high enough in my car that requires 91 or 93. Light went away as soon as I put a few gallons 100 octane in. Probably not an issue for most cars but be aware!

Tbh I prefer this gas station over any other. I feel like this place is a lot more affordable than most places and it's very close to my house.
