I've been coming here for the last 2-4 years when Huy owned the service station. Was told he had to sell because of health issues; god bless him. I came by yesterday for a routine oil change. Was promptly DENIED SERVICE because it was too low, EVEN THOUGH i've been coming here for the last few years. There were 3 workers in total, 1 elder gentleman and 2 younger men. Young guy A(YGA) handles my vehicle, Young guy B(YGB) talks to YGA. The older man just stood far left in the 3rd open bay and watched. YGA seems to not drive manual cars as he over revs to 3-4k to move a few inches forward(jerked the tranny a couple times.) YGB at some points, lifts my hood up, and immediately puts it down, and gives YGA a dirty look. YGA proceeds to reverse and deny service to me. Older man continues to watch. They quick to deny service to my vehicle. As i got into my car, i guess an acquaintance or friend of (YGA) pulled up behind me, needing something done with his wheels. He immediately accepts the request to service, and then tells me to move my car and that i gotta leave. TLDR: SHELL HAS NEW MANAGEMENT. New management is lazy and very unwilling to work on any vehicles that they deem is too much of a hassle or work much to work on unless you've already been acquainted with them/him. The location might as well STAY CLOSED considering how shitty new management service/workers are.

Always expensive gas here. But rarely a line. Now they're wrapping up the pumps in plastic. No prices on the sign. Looks like the place is closing for good or a remodel.

On February 23, 2019, I used my credit card inside because it didn't work at the pump for some reason. The cashier took my card and inserted it in the scanner. I bought $40 worth of gas. I get home to check my online credit card statement and it showed I was double-billed. Buyer Beware when using your credit card. Update: 2-24-19, I went back to the station and questioned the same cashier. She was very helpful trying to understand and correct the problem. She looked up my transaction and found the activity online. It only showed one $40 purchase. She called the owner on the phone and I was able to discuss it with him. Since the transactions are in a pending state, the owner said to wait until it is processed, which could take a few days. I will update this as I find out more details. 2-26-19 Update: Looks the charge will be removed per the Credit Card company since it was still in the pending status. The one $40 transaction in question was never completed. Maybe I overreacted but when it comes to financial hacking and fraud, one can never be too cautious. In addition, I plan to go back to that gas station this week and have my tires rotated. I will demand a discount for my worries. Update on 3/02/2019, the $40 double charge cleared off my online statement. Everything is fine now.

10 minutes ago, I came to this gas station planning to buy stuff but I saw the Powerball & asked the employee, Abdirez (if not mistaken), "Can I pick the Powerball number myself?". He then went ahead & got me a Quickpick ticket and expected me to pay $2. I told me no, he misunderstood me that I want to pick the number myself. He said he couldn't sell me only if I'll take the Quickpick ticket as well. I was shocked. Seriously? Wanted to talk to someone else who can understand me better, like manager or someone, he said "I don't care. You have to take it!" To Abdirez, I don't have to PAY for YOUR mistake. I spoke slowly & clearly BECAUSE I came here couple times before and I know beforehand you have hard time understanding customers sometimes if they talk fast. So no excuse there mate. To those who concern or not, he is working as 'customer service' and he can't even understand a simple line like this, it's ok. Like I said, I know how hard he can understand me. But that attitude there is something else. Before I lost my patient, he was already yelling at me. (Come on, at least AFTER I yell at you.) Similar to a 14 years-old man with attitude.

This gas station has about 8 pumps. I saw the convenience store part was open at 6 am on a Saturday, though I didn't need to get anything.

Decent option for gas before getting on 880 in either direction. Old, somewhat beaten pumps and tight space. Significant bumps from underground storage tanks.
