I got a car wash there, my car got more dirty, when I complained the manager said you paid just 13 $. Can you believe that??? My car has a lot of spots and I have to find another car wash to clean my car for tonight party.

It took me like one hour to get my car washed. The car wash machine washes just one car at the time and it spends more than 5 minutes per car.

The car wash is terribly slow. Each car takes longer than 10 minutes. Plus you have to go inside to pay first. And once you're in line you can't get out. I could have washed my car five times by myself.

08/17/2023 approx 9pm. Male cashier working this shift either needs to 1.work on his customer service, communication skills AND control his anger issues or 2. Find another job that he would enjoy better - he seems to be A major issue when reading other reviews. ---- this will be a very lengthy review : to summarize- bad customer service by male cashier, I got yelled at, male cashier didn't keep their word, car wash closed 30 mins early. I came to this gas station for a car wash at around 9pm. I got in line and when it was my turn I inputted my code for my wash and was instructed by the kiosk to move forward, I am aware that there are sensors so I moved slowly. I noticed that the water was not spraying as it usually does in the beginning. So my first thought was maybe that part was not working at that time... The stop sign came on so I parked my car. Some time passed and the machines were not moving. There was a line behind me so I was debating if I should move out of the way, drive out of the car wash and let the cashiers know or give it some more time to see if it started working. I noticed the person behind me (they were trying to enter their code) get out of the car to get someone to help - the machines were not working. So I drove out of the car wash and parked in front of the store and walked in to ask for help. A cashier lady was there and I explained to her: I was trying to get a car wash and followed the prompts, the machines stopped working, I had entered my code and i never got my car wash. I asked if I could get another code. She called her manger over in which I had to explain the situation again. She let me know someone was already out there fixing the issue and she assisted me with getting me a new code. HOWEVER I noticed she gave me a code to get an $11 car wash when I had originally paid for a $15 car wash. Please note all this took a good 30 minutes!! By that time is was 9:30pm. I told the cashier lady that I had paid for a $15 car wash not $11. She said she couldn't give me a new code because they already started closing the cash register. At this moment the male cashier walks in and get involved in the conversation. All three of them were speaking in Tagalog - I didn't understand what they were saying. He turns and asked me to show him the new receipt with the code, he takes it and said "we can refund you the $15 to your card and you can still use this $11 code, that's a good deal and you should take it" I was a bit hesitant but he insisted. So I let him know my wallet was in my car and I had to go get it for the refund. He said that was okay. I got my wallet and came back, they helped me get my $15 refund. I then asked if I could get the $11 code back. The male cashier then raised his voice out of no where and said "THAT WAS NOT THE DEAL YOU ALREADY GOT YOUR REFUND BACK!" It took me by surprise because not even two minutes ago he has said "we can refund you the $15 to your card and you can still use this $11 code, that's a good deal and you should take it" - I told him that is not what he had said earlier and he became very angry and upset! He continued to yell "that was not the deal you got your refund back!" I told him he had bad customer service and he shouldn't be saying anything it he can't keep his word. The manger lady stepped in and apologized. I didn't want to deal with that anymore so I left it at that and decided to just buy another car wash at the gas pump when I pumped gas. (9:40pm now) However I was not able to get a car wash because even though they closed the car wash at 10pm they closed it at 9:30pm!!! I was upset because I spent 40 minutes dealing with this issue and I ended up being yelled at by the male cashier , he tricked me into keeping the new code and not honoring me the car wash for the machine breaking down, and they closed the car wash early! What a waste of my time and energy!

I've been coming to this shell station for years now. Most of the time the ladies working cashier are polite and nice to talk to but today I had an encounter with a male employee that's pretty rude. I got a car wash today for 15 dollars that give me some vacuum minutes. The car wash machine didn't print any receipt that would have my code in it so I went in to ask for a code. The male cashier then offered ti help me and I told him the issue. He then starts asking for a 4 digit code multiple times and I kept saying that the machine didn't print anything... he started to raise his voice out of frustration for no reason na ended up needing the last 4 digits of my debit card to track the transaction... he then gets defensive and starts blaming the system that he can't track my transaction... her boss finally shows up and simply prints me the code I need... The lady then thanked me for my transaction and greeted me to have a nice day... the male cashier... no apologies at all he just got quite...

Car wash card reader keeps breaking down, and they failed to post a notice to warn customers, causing numerous customers to wait in line for up to 30 minutes only to drive out, though some had to hold up the line even longer in order to walk around the station and pay inside. This would not be as annoying if the clearly posted signage to pay inside in advance only.

Friendly cashiers, always polite and greet you when you enter the mini mart. They always remind you to enter your phone number to get $1.00 off your car wash. The car wash always has a line for it, so don't expect a quick in and out. The car wash does a pretty good job of cleaning your car and don't forget to use the code for the vacuum cleaners out front. Some other reviewer mentioned this, that the "suction on the vacuums weren't as strong". So, it does an ok job. Today, I noticed 2 out of 4 were "OUT OF ORDER"! Please fix them soon.

Vacuum machines are not maintain well as the suction power is weaker than my home vacuum cleaner which leads to believe theres a blockage in both hoses. And just to use the vacuum cleaner is a $10 charge with no option to stop the clock (if there is one). There was a keypad to enter the code and stop button. Stop button did not stop the machine.

Functionality wise: their car wash occasionally stops working and is incredibly slow. There were 3 cars in front of me and somehow I was there for almost half an hour. Happens every time I use this wash. Won't be coming back. Customer service wise: Awkward and inappropriate experience with a Loop employee. While I was putting gas in my car, I used the windshield cleaner to get some stains off my windshield and the employee walks out and starts yelling and snapping his fingers at me. He was yelling for me to pay $3.89 for something -- I paid for gas and bought a car wash so I don't know what else to pay for lol I used the windshield cleaner to get tough stains since their car wash does not get everything. If they don't want anyone using it then don't have them (but also it's a gas station). TL;DR: the employee yelled at me across the gas station at night for some unknown reason and their car wash is terrible.

Review for car wash and Loop mart. I come here when I need to get my car washed since the Shell/Loop loyalty rewards keep me coming back. You get $1 off when paying for your car wash inside at the cashier. I find the cashiers to be friendly and welcoming. I browsed around the mini mart and surprised to see dim sum offered during the morning hour which is convenient for those who crave dim sum and just grab them here.

Such an awkward horrible uncomfortable disgusting experience. i made two transactions. One with ebt for snacks and the other for swisher sweets. The lady employee had to look at some notes to charge ebt. I was under the impression that she is new. After scanning the ebt card- it said approved- but that i still owed 5 cents. The employee was confused and started looking for supervisor. After a few minutes of waiting for the supervisor to come out. I had stepped out of the line and then went back on line and waited my turn. When my turn came, My first question to the supervisor was, “did the other transaction go through?”He responded, “no she voided it.” Then he turns to her and asks her, “you voided it right?” I was confused on why he would ask her if she needed help in the first place, so naturally i wanted to make sure i didn’t get charged the first time. Supervisor starts scanning snacks, i scan ebt card and same thing happened- approved and owe 5 cents. So then i wanted to simply ask, explain and confirm, “hey so in the first transaction it said approved” he immediately interrupted me and did not want to let me finish what i wanted to ask one way or the other. I asked him a few times nicely if i can explain my self and he told me there was nothing to be explained and just wasnt letting me talk and tried to end the conversation with “period” i was completely shocked. He then says i need to let him talk, so i did let him explain himself and then asked him if he was done and again attempted to say my side. He still didn’t want to hear me out. Not sure what part of communicating professionally was so hard. ALL i wanted to say is, “the first time i scanned my ebt card, it said approved and i just want to make sure i didn’t get charged, can i have the voided recite?”Litteraly all i wanted to say which took 10 seconds and I believe i had the right to make sure they didn’t charge me twice, no big deal on me simply asking? In the middle of all of that, i reached my hand to grab an item on the counter- the supervisor told me to keep my hands back as if i was being aggressive? Well maybe he mistook me speaking up for my self. I literally had to tell him to relax. He finally calmed down and shook my hand. After, I made sure to keep my hands back. Then it was time to scan the swishers- he ask for my ID- this is where he cross the line. Not that it matters that im gay because he may have not noticed , but the supervisor looks at my iD-comments “oh you are my daughter’s age, i can hook you up with her.” WHAT THE HELL? The supervisor with Gang related 4 dots tattoo on his hand. I did actually confirm with my card that i did get charge twice and yes the lady did cancel the first transaction that went through by voiding it. So overall he did a horrible job communicating which may have been unintentional- but then making the comment about offering to introduce me to his daughter? All i wanted was to make sure i didn’t get charged twice and apparently for him to let me ask and verify that I didn’t get charged twice.Update to my review. I didn’t want to leave a review about my experience. I appreciate the response to my review. I think the response to my review was appropriate and i look forward to removing my words since i wont be able to completely remove my review.

Gas is always higher than other shells gas stations and you cant pay at the pump you have to go inside all the time ?
