Good experience. Went on a Sunday morning and it wasn’t too busy. Had a tire with a nail and got the repair done with no fuss. Employees were easy going and very helpful. Recommend this shop!

Don’t buy the road hazard coverage with skips. They will discontinue a tire you bought a year before and make you pay the difference for the new model and say the road hazard coverage doesn’t cover it. Overall, terrible experience and not worth the investment in buying a new set tires with them.

Car mirror scratched...was quoted $1200 to replace a $60 dollar part. Not to mention the +$200 they charged me just to look at the problem. Save yourself some money and go somewhere else.

Ozzy, Brandon and the entire team at Skips on Silver Creek are fantastic. True auto professionals with a "best-friend" aesthetic. We keep towing in our vehicles, and they keep fixing them. They are true customer advocates, too. They always look for ways to save me money. I have money, so I always look for other things they can fix while the vehicle is down the shop. You can search the world over and spend your whole life looking for a fair and honest mechanic. As for me, my search is over. Assuming that I am not alone in this, someone from Skip's HQ ought to take these guys out to dinner one evening after closing to let them know how valuable they are to the Skip's brand. Just a thought. :)

Always honest and excellent work from Brandon and his team at Skips. I get there early and they take care of me as quick as possible. Last time I went to Speedee Midas down the street, they drained my oil and didnt replace it! Amateurs almost KILLED my car. I know I can trust the experts at Skips. Super transparent about my needs, very honest about ETA. 5 STAR SERVICE

I come here to get my oil change because it's close to my house and it's walkable. It usually takes a few hours so I usually walk to the stores nearby or just walk home. Customer service is okay it's hit or miss, but price is reasonable, they rotate your tires for free and do a mini inspection which I appreciate.

Very pleased with the service I got here. I called over the Holiday weekend since an emergency light went off in my car while I was driving! Spoke to several staff members, all of whom were not only helpful but patient and kind enough to see me on a short notice. Prices here are more than reasonable. The procedure would have cost triple had I gone to a Lexus dealership. Will be definitely be back! I recommend this company!

They didn't have the tire I booked for online. The right thing for them to do was call and let me know that they did not have what I wanted. I drove 2 miles here on a flat tire just for them to tell me I would need to end up paying 2x more than the original price. Ended up going to Pep Boys with Triple A. Thanks for the bad experience.
