I was very impressed by their professionalism, attentiveness and willingness to show me exactly what was going on. They were understanding of recent shop experiences and definitely showed me there is at least one good honest shop to take an Audi/ VAG vehicle in Tracy. This was honestly the most comfortable shop experience I have had since moving to Tracy. Great customer service, friendly and provided detailed information before doing the repair. Needed a catalytic converter replacement and passed the smog test. As far as value, I was given different options to which way to repair.

James did a great job with my Infinity G37S. Put aftermarket rims and tires on this car and it never could get balanced or alligned. Always shook the wheel at 65mph. And the new rim and tire set up would scrape on the back tire when i hit any bumps.they shaved a few bolts on the inner fender well, cut some insolation. Alignment and balance, Now i can jump railroad tracks!! (Just kidding) they also reset my TPMS system. The car rides amazing now and i can finally enjoy driving it. Highly recommend !!

Car needed a new clutch and dealership was charging almost $1200 more. James was quick to give me a quote and understanding with my requests for the old parts and in giving updates on progress. Very transparent, professional and reliable; it's good to know that your car is in knowledgeable hands. Will definitely return for any needed services.

Great experience with getting my Suburban fixed. The engine had a faint misfire that another shop could not diagnose. Back on the road now with the repaired valve. Great communication during the process and didn't just throw parts at the problem like some mechanics do nowadays.

I am very pleased with the service received. I was unsure of how this would work out since I have only ever taken my car to the dealership for service. After a phone call, I felt very comfortable with the conversation and pending service. Then came the question of how am I going to get my car from SJ to Tracy how much do I REALLY like and trust these guys? Well let me tell you I 100% trust!
