Manager and his associates were great, I was told by a phone representative for t-mobile to go buy a sim card for my tablet and then call them back and they would set up my Sim for free.. went to the store bought the Sim card and told the manager what I was going to do.. they waved the fee for the Sim and set up my tablet in the store for free.. great guys great store.. I offered them McDonald's and they declined.. can't blame them.

Kevin went above and beyond for my sister and nephew with adding them to my plan today. He's personable, out going and has phenomenal customer service skills. We live in LG and have a T-mobile store closer to us then this one, but the service at the Los Gatos location is AWFUL so it's absolutely worth it to drive a few extra miles to this location and be helped by reps that seem to know what they're doing and don't act like they are miserable while doing it. I personally have been a T-mobile customer for 14 years and service like this store & Kevin has provided is part of why they've earned my loyalty.

I came to this location last year to upgrade my phone, and had pretty good service here. So I decided to come here again this year to upgrade my phone again. There were all new faces from last time, however, all employees seemed friendly and I was greeted upon walking in. I had an appointment but there were 5 others ahead of me. My wait time was about 15-20 mins, so not bad considering how long I knew I was going to be there. Danny helped me upgrade my new phone and get it set up. I also asked if he could help put the screen protector on for me. He was happy to help. He also helped me transfer everything over to my new phone. I was there over an hour, but most of the time was due to waiting for things to transfer. The employees were friendly with all the customers and everyone seemed to be having nice conversations. Danny was very helpful and I think he was the manager or supervisor. Despite being so busy, the team worked efficiently and helped many customers during my time there. I'd say that everyone seemed happy with their customer service. I also received a follow up call to make sure I was satisfied with my service. I give you all 5 !

I stoped by this location on a Friday after a long day at work... i was promptly approached by Ryan who listened yo my needs and took ownership of my situation. Immediately offer the solution and took the necessary steps to promptly fix my device situation. Ryan thank You for making it easy and for the awesome sense of humor included in your good customer service.

Writing this review for Ryan! I came in with my family for an upgrade on one phone and to have 3 lines on the account moved over to two separate new accounts. Ryan was all around a great guy. He was friendly, sociable, kind and EXTREMELY helpful. After the upgrade he worked on the phone calling T-Mobile support to try and transfer over account ownership. It was a very long and tedious process but Ryan didn't show any frustration as he dealt with the people over the phone. He even stayed 1 hour past his shift to help us get everything sorted. This is the only T-Mobile store I'll come to because of the excellent customer service. Thank you again Ryan, we greatly appreciate the time you took to help us out and all your kindness!

First Yelp review ever. SIMPLY AMAZING! Came in with an issue and left feeling great. Not just because my issue was dealt with in a professional, friendly and timely fashion but because the crew here are GREAT PEOPLE!!!! Go see for yourself. Jeff, Ryan and store manager Kurk are our not only great at what they do but they are outstanding and highly capable individuals. You might go in here to resolve something with your phone. You will leave with it sorted and hope for humanity. Much respect to the crew here. An example to all of us, on how to be with each other.

Overall it was a great experience for me. Not much of a wait time and the gentleman who helped me out was awesome. Kind, professional and great attitude. He explained everything well and answered all my questions. If I could give more then 5 stars I definitely would. I will definitely come back and I would definitely recommend speaking with Andy from T-Mobile. It was a pleasant experience.

I was helped by Francisco, he was SO helpful. I had broken my phone screen so my phone was frozen and I couldn't access my Apple ID. Francisco kept trying every single method he could think of to help me resolve the issue. Thank you so much Francisco, you were so patient, sweet and great customer service!! Great experience with T-mobile thanks to Francisco.

If I could give a negative five stars I would. I called in to this location to see how I could save money, as I have three business phones and with my business being closed for 8 months I couldn't afford the large bill.I was offered a prepay plan $15 seemed like a great savings. $11×3=$33 per month so I went in person and he took so long that I was rushed out the door and told he'd continue tomorrow it would all switch over HOWEVER HE FAILED TO MENTION THAT I'D LOSE my outgoing voice message, ALL OF THE VOICEMAILS clients left, INCLUDING THE ONE MY DECEASED UNCLE LEFT ME, all of the notes in the notes app, as well as my FREE Netflix!The worst part is there' is no way to get them back. Smdh

I had a change from another carrier to T mobile . I first went in just to check out the different plans, Kurk helped me and was very thorough snd very patient with all my questions. I went in the next day to set it up and he was very patient again with questions . I was able to trade in my IPhone 6 for the 12 as he was able to find a great rate for trade in. He had all the info transferred from the old phone to the new one while I went to run errands. Thank you Kurk for all your help.

We went to Union T-Mobile and Kristie was not help at all!!but previously Jeff has been helping us. After the third Frustrating trip to T-Mobile finally Jeff took over and resolve our problem he spent a lot of his time on the phone with the T-Mobile crew as well as anything he could help to resolve our issues and saved us another unsuccessful trip he went above and beyond and did all he could to help us while Kristie just said it cannot happen at the store you have to call the T-Mobile 800 numbers and team of expert. Wow what a difference good customer service make we are very happy with Jeff at Union and curtner. Thank you Jeff for resolving our issues.

I had some concerning issues with my 1 yr old Galaxy S10 phone. We decided to visit our T-Mobile store to see if they can help us. We spoke to Francisco. He not only helped us understand why we had the issues, he fixed them for us. He also offered options to prevent further concerns. We decided to purchase a larger SD card and (after hearing all the options) made a minor adjustment to our plan. He showed my Husband and I what he was doing to correct the phone and how we can use this info in the future. Thank you Francisco for the highest level of customer service a customer can experience!

This T-Mobile was very helpful in helping me buy and set up my new phone. Mandy was very kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. She helped me transfer data and put on my screen protector. One of the best T-Mobile experiences I have ever had!
