I purchased a iPhone and service which included Netflix ... mid-contract Netflix decides to change the NO ad service to let's spam all of these people with ads. Once the time is up with T-Mobile I will change providers and NEVER do business with Netflix again. There are consequences for messing with customers.

Went to have my iPhone 11 transferred to an iPhone 14. Ivan was amazing, friendly, funny all the while he was working on my phones. Talk about a marketing/salesman. I had gone there to purchase nothing but ended up purchasing a screen protector & Ivan even put it on. I don’t even live on this side of town but I would definitely come across town to see him. If you go there & see Ivan ask him about his penguin farm? 5 stars all the way.

Hi, went to T-mobile on Union Ave in San Jose, Ca on Saturday January 27,2024 to switch the service on my friends new Samsung phone. Wilson helped us, he was very helpful and polite. He helped my friend with everything needed. No pressure! After he was done I asked him for some help on my Apple Watch. What he didn’t know he took the time to look up and help me. I wanted to give a big Thankyou for helping two Seniors. Keep up the great customer service! ?

I would give zero if I can. They gave me a promotion plan to pay the remaining balance of three devices to my previous career and collected my old devices (an iPhones 12 and a iPhone 12pro) in like new condition for free. After two months and many hours of calling customerservice and sending the documents showing the remaining balances, they said that they don’t pay the remaining balances of phones. One of the SIM card is still not activated. They wasted many hours of my life, caused a huge problem, took the old phones for free and are not responsible for their lies.

We must have spent about an hour or more getting my cell phone checked and also signed up for internet service. Needless to say, after that length of time, we needed to use the restroom. We were told to go next door to McDonald's. What a shame. There is no restroom to allow a couple of elderly customersto use in an emergency. Shame on T Mobile.

Literately the best experience I have ever had at a mobile retail store. Kevin was amazing. 5 ⭐ for sure! So helpful. So quick. So understanding. He did everything he could to help me out tonight and I appreciate him and T-Mobile greatly. We need more Kevin's!!!! He went the extra mile to help me out.

Kevin the associate manager was a joy to work with. He was very professional and pleasant. Also very patient in answering all of our questions. We have always had great service at this location. I called earlier today about upgrading my Samsung and when arriving the service was amazing. But when it came to upgrading my phone the phone was not available no more they said they just sold the last one...?? I been told many times that sales employees tend to trick there customer into new lines so they can sale the new phones. Hope this wasn't the case..

TMobile has great customer service and that's why I have had them for as long as I can remember. I don't work for them or anything lol ....I just have had service with them for such a long time and appreciate them. I got my mom a new phone and with the right qualifications she got a free phone and very reasonably priced monthly service. The employees here helped me by being very knowledgeable and finding me the best price very quickly.

Best customer service ever ! I came in for a new phone screen and help to download an update and Christian helped me do that . It wasn't an easy task but he was very patient with me . I saw all the workers helping many customers with similar problems ! Thank you for your awesome custom service Christian and team ! You are all awesome !

Walked-in this store after dinner trying to find a better family plan and get a new Google phone for my son. Sales person Kevin in store is very nice and professional, we ended up with bring back two new iPhones for myself and my wife, and new Google Pixel phone for my son, as well as better family plan. Very happy about the deal and experience shopping there!

Trash service. Lazy staff. Wanted to drop off an upgrade return. They wouldn’t take it. What’s the point of having that option if your stores point blank refuse to take it because they don’t want to deal with it?!
