I picked up my drive-up order yesterday that included two gallons of milk. While putting the milk in the fridge, I noticed both gallons had expired dates. One was one day expired, the other was four days expired. That is just not acceptable. I wish the person would take more care in their selections. They did give me a refund but now I have to go buy more milk for my family.

Terrible terrible customer service. I have been to this store for over five years but recent experience with the customer service team is disappointing and will never come back here. I purchased 5 of $100 gift cards from them back in May, the staff gave me faulty cards which turned into so much hassle.. They were never activated when I purchased in the first place, leaving me having to contact customer services of multiple locations to get them resolved. Up until today, one card (paid $100$) was never activated and has 0 money in i, although I had paid all the fee and went through trouble to talk to gift card CS as well as Target CS. The customer service at Target was the worst, they were rude, disrespectful and refused to work with me to figure the situation, they now owe me $100 with no way for me to getting it back, or gave clear explanation. Very rude and I will never come back here

I stopped at Target, a mistake this late in the day, 5 pm. There was a long line, but I went ahead and shopped, hoping the line would shrink. I wasted a lot of time shopping, then found out the line was longer than before. I thought there'd be a separate line for self-checkout, like in the past, but no. Just one very long line with no store employee to direct traffic. When I asked an employee at the self-checkout area, she was no help at all. This was total chaos: no one knew whether to stay in the main line or break off into one of the lines going to a register. There were only a few of those registers open. I finally said, the hell with this and left.

Quite possibly the worst Target I have ever been to. I just moved to area and went to this target for the first time. First and foremost, all of the things I generally buy at Target like Powerade zero, Arizona ice tea and hair color were not part of inventory. What was inventoried was overpriced crap. For the few items I Idid buy; checkout was HORRIBLE. Like lost boy characters from Peter Pan RUDE. I asked the child running the lane to check a price and he told me 'to wait' while he was on his cell phone. He roughly pushed items together while pushing them towards me to bag. Handed me my receipt with no words. No hey thanks for coming by and being a Target customer. Obviously TARGET is no longer interested in my business. I closed my credit card. I DO NOT NEED TO PAY TO BE TREATED LIKE CRAP.

Looking for GI Joes now is like looking for toilet paper and pasta in the early part of 2020. Imagine the stupid elation I had when I saw someone have a new, Target exclusive GI Joe figure. Hot diggity dog. I had to ask him where he got it, and he said he asked a lady. I have heard that some Targets were hiding some figures in the back and you had to ask the electronics person, but I thought it was merely a myth. I reached the counter and saw someone with two joes. Maybe the worker brought out two so he could choose one? The buyer was wearing a redshirt and talking with another target coworker, while the electronics lady ringing him up asked if he was off. Oh, so he works there, I thought. They probably have some more. After he left, I asked the woman if I could get a Joe- one of the figures he got. She said he got the last two. Okay. So I assume Target is hiding these hard sought figures in the back in order to prevent scalpers and from people buying multiple of them. So why is a worker able to buy more than one? Is he that special? From what I've heard, Target gets one box of six figures and that's it. If customers are lucky, Target might get two boxes. But after those figures arrive at a Target, that's it. Gone. Forever. If you want to prevent scalpers, then limit the one per customer. If you allow certain people to buy more than one, then just display it on the floor. What is the point in limiting the figures for some people, but not others? This wouldn't be a problem if Target got more of said figures. However, that's just hopeful thinking. I would probably be able to have found these figures if they were actually displayed. I would definitely ha been able to buy one if a worker wasn't allowed to buy two. I don't know what the solution is to rare figures and Pokémon cards at Target, but I'd rather have the chance of finding the figures on the floor and not finding them, than watch someone, let alone a worker, buy the last two. Especially when the entire reason you're keeping them in the back is to prevent them from selling out too soon. Either decide whether or not to limit these rare figures, because there's no point in pretending you are if you actually aren't. Am I salty? You're right I am smh. I guess it's okay to make rules for yours customers, yet your employees don't have to follow them.

Creating a new corporate store policy but only continuing to scam children and people who actually care about collecting cards. You got a vendor who delivers and hides product or deliberately short shelves items so his lackeys or crew as people give them more credit for leech all the product and up sell to minors. If this is something you are continuing to uphold and support then maybe the BBB isn't the only enforcement group needed to stop this. You know what's needed to be do t.

By far my favorite place to shop for everyday necessities, from hygiene to snacks to casual clothing. This store is neat and well organized, and the employees are friendly and clearly work hard.

Love this store's selection. I just wish Target could do what Kroger does regarding carts (the wheels lock when you get to the end of the lot) as I work nearby and get tired of having to push their carts back across the street from the bus stop as it's a safety issue for our customer's, their vehicles, as well as other drivers if it were to go into the street. Granted I know it isn't their fault if a patron is too lazy to carry what they'll have to carry anyway onto the bus, and then to their destination. Just want to put the locking cart idea out there.

He literally told my mom NOT TO COME back. He lied about not having certain items in stock and when my dad went in the store he sold to him but refused to sell to her. And when she tried, he gave her attitude and after finally selling her the item he told her to not come back to this store. Which I don't see whats the problem if she is spending ALOT of money there and at TARGET period for the company she works for. He was rude and disrespectful, he had no reason to be that way towards her and it almost seemed like a race issue. He sold to my dad no problem who is Hispanic. But to her who is vietnamese he came off as rude up front and told her not to come back. She was just wanting to buy some airpods, not once did she give him any attitude.

Good place and everything is organized. The employees were very friendly and help me to find the product that I was looking. I have bought toys and clothes for my kids and personal hygiene products. I love the curbside pick up.
