The service was great, it was closing time and the employee that helped me out was kind enough to assist me. And complete the sale. I definitely like that this Verizon is close to my home.

I stopped by to have a problem checked on my phone. The woman there was friendly and tried to fix my phone. It worked at her store but when I left the problem came back. I'll go back and see if they can try again.
