RUN! Don't just walk away from this Verizon location.Three visits to this store after 611 customer service instructed us to go there resulted in nothing but confusion, headache and a ton of time wasted. The staff, including the managers, all have a "can't-do" attitude, literally saying no it's not possible before the full sentence is out of our mouth. Tyler, the manager, specifically, told us (antagonistically, even) that 611 lied to us and aren't accountable, making us, the customer, "their problem" when we come to the store. He told us to contact 611 in the store and then said "I have things to do" and walked away leaving us with the issues HE SHOULD BE HELPING US WITH! Isn't that his job?!? Two 611 reps on that call even said where is the staff at this location? Why are you (the customer) calling? The staff should be the ones that call. OMG!So after three visits of passing us off and doing absolutely nothing for us, my brother goes to the Fremont location and rectifies all the issues in ONE twenty minute visit. Wow! How is that possible?!? Because the staff at this location are either incompetent, lazy, don't care, or all of the above. Horrible customer service!

All of your employees doesn't want to help. They'll only help you if you're trying to get a phone line or a new phone just for commission but for technical support, you're gonna be on your own and they'll let you call the customer service line on the phone.I would advise you NOT TO COME in this store. You'll basically just gonna waste your time.Verizon is a good service but has a bad/weak/unprofessional employee specifically at this store.I would take my business into another branch if I were you. Feel free to experience what I had and you'll find out yourself.It's a small store and less people goes there so why be lazy and not do anything? pretends that they have to do inventory at the back and leave one employee at the front just to "cover".This is by far my worst experience in dealing with this carrier and store.A less than 10 minutes issue that turned in to 3 fucking hours process because no one wanted help at the store. Not my problem that they have to stay past closing because no one wanted to step up and help.So If higher management are reading this, I would fire all those employees there and replace with people who are eager to help.Or you know what? I'd let this place close down and just make a mini kiosk inside Valley Fair just like AT&T has inside the mall. Less hassle since you don't have to walk across the mall and get fucked by this employees from this specific store.Lastly, FUCK YOU Verizon Employees at this Stevens Creek location.

Came in with my husband because his phone wasn't working. It was around 11 and it was empty. Got our phone fixed, talked about updates and the new iPhone. Great customer service.

David, the store manager was quick to assist me and incredibly helpful when I visited the store. I told him that the mobile I was using had an e-sim and had shutdown abruptly and I needed a physical sim for my spare mobile. While working on my request he helped to boot it up in parallel and he even provided me with directions to a nearby service center for a quick diagnostic. I highly recommend him for his exceptional service.

All I can say is the staff here is next level amazing. Dylan the manager; went above and beyond to help me solve a very very specific issue I had with my account. I had to retrieve some account information for an insurance claim that seemed completely lost in the system. I spent 3 hours on the phone with the Verizon call center trying to find this info, but Dylan was able to get creative and figure it out for me in about 20 minutes. Thanks again Dylan. You made my day!

The worst customer experience ever by Felicia! Was told we had to make an appointment to speak with someone which took an hour, only to find out that no help can be done. When appointments are being made, make sure you can actually help and not waste people’s time

Absolutely horrible experience. Customer service ridiculous, they just don’t care about the customer. I went there twice to resolve my issue, but the only answer I received sorry we cannot do anything. When I switched my account T-Mobile to Verizon and I was told I would get $200 gift card in mail in couple of months and now it’s been 4 months and I still haven’t received it. I went to store and they told me promotion is expired and they cannot do anything. Very unprofessional. I wish I could give them zero stars.

Zero stars for the Verizon network & its online tech/cust svc support who kept claiming "expertise" on all types of troubleshooting/acct management issues imaginable,A million stars for Felicia, the awesome Verizon store rep who assisted us locally - wasn't able to resolve our issues bc network - but was 100% human.

Employees are very arrogant and don’t provide solutions. They simply blame your issue on you and don’t recommend anything. Even if you know what you want, they’ll tell you that’s not what you want and bait and switch to whatever incentives that are going to make the best pop or incentives for the employee. Simply the worst.
