Still waiting for my prescription. It's been delayed twice. I drove to the store, waited 20 minutes and asked them what the deal is with my prescription.I gave them my insurance card and after they entered my card's info, they told me to wait until tomorrow to pick it up.Fast forward to today and I got another "delayed" message. I cannot check the website and calling the pharmacy takes hours. I am about to give up.

They swapped my body wash. I ordered online with a similar brand item even though they had the one I wanted in the back refused to do even exchange without affecting rewards and coupons since i did PayPal purchase. What is wrong with their policy. They can't even use common sense. Made me mad enough to write a review. Bad corporate policies, I don't blame the cashier otherwise. Horrible corporate management.

Wow! Just wow! I came here to get some simple gauze for my aunt's upcoming surgery. These folks were charging $8+ for some stinking gauze that I found elsewhere for less than $3!!!! Shame on you Walgreens!! People need these things for their health. You should be ashamed of GOUGING people that need this stuff. You're a medical supply!!

Poor Tiffany, the l**** cashier got fired from Google making six figures, she's decided to be rotten to the customers and tell them all how poorly google treated her. Her boss, short brunette with glasses and an accent is just as rotten, she told me I should feel bad for poor tiffany and that I should be more patient with her. Fire them both!!!!!!!!!!!!

Complained to the manager about the rotten cashier "Tiffany" that was nasty. Manager told me Tiffany was in a pissed off mood because she got laid off by Google. Made every excuse for poor Tiffany. Manager was just as rotten as her employee..... they both belong working the drive through window at Carls Junior. I guess Walgreens can only find losers to work there.

Lady at the photo center was plain rude.Came in to pick up photos I had ordered online and there was the lady behind the photo counter.1) no greeting or “I’ll be with you in a moment” while she was replacing photo paper2) comes up to me when she finishes and after I say I’m here for pick up she puts her hand over her ear, leans closer and says “can’t hear you” (I had a mask on and I’m naturally soft spoken so I’m sometimes unaware that I am. I don’t blame her there but she could have definitely phrased it nicer)3) I repeat myself and she stands there, with her hand over her ear still, and says “okay, and…” gesturing with her hand, expecting me to know what she wanted me to say. I show her an email receipt and she’s like “I don’t need that, I need your last name” okay lady you could have asked for that from the get go.Thought people doing customer service should know to never assume customers know the process for everything, especially for people like me who has never set foot in this store before ?Lady that helped me at the checkout counter was nice though!

Avoid this pharmacy! I scheduled a vaccination appointment online and waited 35 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to get a covid booster and flu shot.Margerita (lady with white hair) was rude, disorganized, and unbelievably slow. There was a slow trickle of customers, but I would not say the pharmacy was busy at all. I was essentially forgotten about for 20 minutes and had to remind Margerita to give me a form that was supposed to be handed to me when I was initially told to wait. I was also told conflicting information about the cost of the flu shot... which to my knowledge is supposed to be free if you have insurance. All around, I had a bad experience with this Walgreens and I strongly advise people to choose a different pharmacy.

I went there for my child covid booster shot, which was made days in advance on the Walgreen website. When I got there (Walgreen - 1334 Saratoga) several minutes early before the appointment time to check in for my child, the front clerk lady, Margarita, said my child's name is not on the list of what they have (a piece of paper) and did not ask me for any information. I showed her my appointment confirmation place and time on my phone to let her see that it was valid. Okay, so they have a slow or messy system. I asked her if there were any open for my child since we drove all the way there in the windy rain. The pharmacist said she could take my child but it will be 30 minutes wait...no one asked for my child's information at this point before we started to wait. I said ok, went around the store and then to the car for 10 minutes. When I came back into the store 15 minutes later to check on the status and waited for another 5 minutes in line, I notice the same thing happened to the 3 people (Latin) in front of me who made appointment online but did not show up on the store's list of people for covid shots. But Margarita helped them, asked for their information and get them registered, did not do this for me/my child. When it's my turn I asked when it will be my child's turn for the covid shot. Margarita said "you didn't give us your information so we can't take her". What? But she, Margarita, did not ask for me for my child's information when we spoke to her before and blamed me for the process. Then the pharmacist said they are doing me a favor and will take her. Ok...? But I registered online and was very patient with the whole process. Then Margarita finally ask for my child's information (name, vaccination card and insurance card). Good awkward process is moving along. I asked how much longer since it's already passed 45 minutes waiting for something I thought it would take no longer than 20 minutes since I registered online. Margarita reminded me that they are doing me a favor and I shouldn't have this attitude. There was no attitude but merely a question since I have a child in waiting. As she handed me the insurance card back, she said "do you want to do this at Kaiser?" What the heck? I felt like she was saying that Walgreen customers should not go to Walgreen for treatment and medication. But instead, the customers should go back to your doctor, hospital or clinic to seek help for your treatment and medication. So why does Walgreen have a pharmacy section?? But worst of all, Margarita said if you keep up with this attitude, maybe you (my child) should go last with the covid shot. That was the last straw. I asked her if it was a threat toward me? Wow!!! I was not there for any favor as I rightfully and appropriately register my child's covid booster shot on the Walgreen website with confirmation. I was patiently waiting. Why am I getting this awful and inappropriate treatment from this incompetent and ill manner lady at Walgreen pharmacy area. File a complaint with the store manager and took my child out of there without the shot because my child and I were not comfortable with Margarita, pharmacist and how things are handle there. There was another elderly lady who told me that this Walgreen is terrible when I first got there. Unfortunately, she was still sitting there waiting even after I leave a hour and 15 minutes later. I would have given no star for this review, but can't post without it.

Worst incompetent pharmacy ever! Slow, rude! Margaret very slow takes her sweet time tuning out customers.This was my second time in this store. First time at this pharmacy and will be my last. I was left a message from a male about my prescription. Totally inaudible !!!! I will never recommend this store to anyone !

SLOWWWWW customer service & long lines in every department. impossible to get help here. whether it be pharmacy or photo, go somewhere else. nothing is ever quick here, even if you are just picking up an order you placed online. was here for over 90min waiting just to pick up something! would give 0 stars of possible.

This Walgreens is a joke. Costumers should be protected and not ridiculed. I scheduled a Covid test, and after they got all my personal information, and after I made it to the drive thru, they told me we don't accept your insurance. The next day I needed Tylenol and ordered online for a pickup. They said it'll take 30min. 2 hours later and nothing, I went inside the store and it was slow, almost no one was there, and no one was working on my order. I understand that some people hate their job but this is very insulting to us clients.
