I only come here afterwork after picking up my child from daycare when we need something urgently and today will be the last. I had to wait 15 minutes for locked up deodorant while my child squirmed around in my arms waiting and while checking out not only did the white lady stop me to make sure I wasn't stealing diapers (they were the first thing i scanned in) the card reader wasn't taking my card even though i had just used it at the gas station down the street. Its always something when coming to this location its awful.

Shopping in Walmart on Steven Creek is always fun. I bought bananas but I noticed that the rate per pound was higher than other places. I always go to Walmart for everyday low prices not by itself but by other retailers too. The store is clean and the checkout line were moving fast.

I've always had a great experience shopping at this Walmart because they usually have everything you need

I give high ratings for the store itself- well organized, well stocked merchandise and the unbeatable Walmart prices. Produce and bakery sections are well maintained here. However, I do have a huge problem with their awful checkout process. For such a large store, EXACTLY one manned counter was open. They were steering everyone to the self checkout lane which was slower and glitchy compared to the human counter. Do yourselves a favor and add more human counters to speed up your checkout process. This slow pace with erroneous self checkout that needs plenty of human assistance is unacceptable

only thieves will like this place: the employees absolutely don't care. Sometimes none of the cashiers doesn't work. There are long line at the self-service. Employees ignore requests for help to get the goods . I will never be their client again.

Very bad store , some of the employees are so rude and treat people badly, Diane in the self checkout area is very abrasive and racist, she came to me while I was scanning my items to see if something is missing, I asked why you do this ? I am not done yet , I believe she picked on me because I do look from middle east and I was talking to my wife on phone, such a racist person?! I surprised that Walmart allowed such conduct which is very discrimination! Bad store!

They lock deodorants, and it takes them 20+ minutes to get to you, then they have to take it to the front, you can't have it in your cart, then have to ask for it at the front. I actually started laughing, not gonna see me here again.

I don't go to Walmart too often, but it is close by and I needed just a few things so I decided to stop by 2 times over the past couple of weeks. I was incredibly discouraged by these 2 experiences and will not be returning, even though it is the closest grocery store to myself. First encounter a few weeks back: I walk up to the storefront and there are no carts available. I have to go back to where I parked to grab a cart from collection stalls. Store is messy and I couldn't believe how many basic essential items were locked up. Even things that were less than a dollar like nail polish solution was behind glass. I understand that this is not the employee's choice, but it is their responsibility to operate it. I pushed the button that said to push it and an employee would be over soon. I pushed it every 2 minutes for 15 minutes and no one ever came. I noticed an employee walking by and I asked her if she could help me. She said to push the button and I said I had pushed it several times and its been over 15 minutes and no one has come to help. She said she didn't have the key so there was nothing she could do and walked away. What?! That is your customer service? Go let management know that this system is broken. I was so frustrated that I left and was glad I did, because the lines for the checkout lanes were absolutely insane. It was midday on a weekday and there were people backed up throughout half of the store. Not only were most lanes not open, but the cashiers were incredibly slow and inefficient at processing checkouts. Second encounter today, 11/29: I decided to try again because I just needed one item and didn't think that granola bars would be locked up. When I walked in the blonde white woman standing by the door shouted that the door on the left is for entrance and the door on the right is for exits. Really? Because there are no signs that say that. And why put the carts on the right side of the store outside if I am supposed to enter on the left? Not a big deal, but wasn't done tactfully, kindly, or respectfully at all. I got my items and went through self checkout. I can't believe you can't pay with Apple Pay at a Walmart, but I paid with a card and it was fine. As I start to walk out, I notice a piece of trash on the floor which turns out to be a reciept. I picked it up to throw it away and the same white blonde woman from the beggining literally snatched it out of my hand and said to never pick up someone else reciept. I informed her I thought it was trash since it was right there and was going to throw it away. She mumbled something under her mask and I could tell she was giving me attitude. If she doesn't want me to take a receipt that was left on the ground, that's fine, but why do you have to be so rude about it? If it is that important, maybe you should have picked it up before me since you were already standing there from the time I walked in. If it is that important, maybe you would clean the parking lot which has 50 receipts on the ground on the walk to my car. Bottom line, store is crowded, gross, rude employees, rising prices, and the little amount of money you might save is never worth the hassle of dealing with this establishment.
