I think it’s time I found a new location. Some advice, do not pick and choose who is special enough to jump the line. There are plenty of customers who need nothing more than a quick service from a teller, but are stuck in the long line to wait anyway. When an individual jumps that long line to switch out his perfectly usable 100 dollar bill, you either put down your tablet and help him yourself, or you politely tell him to get in line with the rest of us. Do not take a teller away from those of us who have been waiting, and are now waiting longer because you have deemed this one individual special enough to jump the line. I might see your point to help him IF your ATM gave him a bill that was not usable, but even then it should be YOU helping him, not the teller’s helping the patient people in line. Complete lack of common sense and respect for your customers.

I tried to deposit a check here over $10,000 and this bank treated me like it was their very first time and they didn’t know how to do it. They told me my check was fake so I said stop wasting my time took my check did a mobile deposit in my car with Charles Schwab and by the time I drove home in 10 minutes the check had cleared and funds hit the account. Very disappointed with Wells Fargo extremely satisfied with Charles Schwab and recommend them as a bank.

Went to convert a regular account into a trust. Made the appointment online, txt confirmation came (not surprising) and a follow-up phone call -- a LIVE person, NOW THAT IS surprising -- reminded me of my appointment and went over the document I needed to bring with me -- this is a VERY NICE gesture. Ms. Ventresca is knowledgeable with ample patience and a bundle of energy, took us right after the previous customer stepped out. In all, she probably worked 90 minutes straight without a break.
It is a tedious process with lots of signing and Ms. V shepharded us through it.

Wow the service here is amazing! First, manager Felicia is amazing she checked on us a few times to make sure we were taken care of. She set us up with Alessandra whose customer service was so quick efficient and she was so so sweet!! Excited to build a relationship with Alessandra for our banking needs moving forward (:

How can one branch be so irresponsible and not responsive at all? I am wondering what are the employees doing here?! No one ever picks up the phone no matter what time you call them. Awful customer service

Thank you to Marisol for helping me navigate the recent early paycheck error that many customers were victim to, myself included. There were times where I was extremely erratic and high emotion yet Marisol was always kind and patient with me and always willing to help me to the best of her abilities at the branch level. Marisol was an empathetic listener who was always willing to go out of her way to check every resource that was available to her,even filing multiple complaints on my behalf and getting the phone number and extension of my case manager. I am grateful. The issue was finally fixed (and WF payed interest on their mistake to the affected customers) and I can't be more than thankful that I was guided by such a caring banker. Thank you Marisol!

I don't usually go to the bank so this is rare. Everyone here is super sweet and nice. The only thing I didn't like was you had to make appointment to see the bankers. I guess that's a good thing but I did not realize so I wasted a trip. So make your appointment before coming here.
