The Willow Glen Diamond Company is by far my favorite place to buy jewelry in the bay area. Amberle and the entire staff there are incredibly accommodating, as they aspire to work with their clients to make sure that they are happy with their purchase. Had to resize my ring 3.5 sizes up. The jeweler did a fantastic job considering all the channel set diamonds in the ring. Terry the graduate gemologist is very knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond the to help me decide what to do with my other pieces. Their prices on my repairs and appraisals are very reasonable. The entire staff members are also knowledgeable, cheerful, and helpful. I appreciate having an appointment and still following the precautions during this Corona Virus crisis.

I bought myself a unique gemstone ring in the 90s in a different town. Its my favorite piece of jewelry. I moved to Campbell, found Willow Glen Diamond Company and asked if there was any chance they could find matching stones to make a set. It took a few years and a few jewelry shows but I just got the last piece and have a complete set which I never imagined would be possible. I'm so grateful.While I was waiting, they were able to help me with settings for several gemstones I had purchased but never did anything with. They were able to listen to my ideas, make great suggestions, and came up with some great pieces that I can now wear. And if we needed to tweak something, it was easily accomplished.I trust Teri and the whole team. The prices are reasonable. They do most of this work in house; they do repairs. And most of all, I trust them. Good people!!! Great find!!!
