The owner tried to charge me twice after my card had already gone through. We had to aggressively let him know it had gone through. It was a large purchase, this was clearly a scam. If you come here be careful. I will be notifying my bank to be on watch for fraud activity in case he's scamming credit cards as even the port seemed different and off.

I had to reach across the counter to grab my phone back after Parv refused to return it to me after multiple requests. I left it there less than 10 minutes earlier and transacted with him when I was there, not another rep. I pinged my iPhone from my Apple Watch right in front of him and it popped up the alert on the phone screen and he still wouldn’t give it to me. He then proceeded to call me rude even though I had asked him on three separate occasions to please return my phone to me after I identified my phone behind the counter. I have half a mind to report him to the police at this point as if it weren’t for the other customers in the store taking my side, I may have had a more drawn out situation. I have lived near this location for over a decade and celebrated its opening.Not coming back unless there’s a change in management.

This is a busy store. But, I always get good service here and have left my wallet here and got it back untouched before. Today I used the ATM and got some snacks.. well I left my cellphone on the counter. David and the older employee charged my phone for me and had it waiting when I came back. Thanks for always keeping the store well stocked and being super honest. I appreciate you!

The cashiers here never know anything about the promotions or deals and checking out takes forever. I love their side machine options but when the cashiers dilly dally around and take forever to check you out and are not knowledgeable about promotions it makes me want to go somewhere else so I don’t waste my time. Management needs to train their employees better and tell them to be friendly and smile

The cashiers here never know anything about the promotions or deals and checking out takes forever. I love their side machine options but when the cashiers dilly dally around and take forever to check you out and are not knowledgeable about promotions it makes me want to go somewhere else so I don’t waste my time. Management needs to train their employees better and tell them to be friendly and smile

i stopped to use the bathroom & i walk in and it smells horrible . then i go up to the toilet seat and there's pee on the seat , then i look up at the overflowing trash and i see toilet paper with p*** on it . very disturbed & disappointed !!

This morning @ 10am was the 2nd time I was in this store this week. No coffee both mornings; coffee dispensers are all empty. The door sign says masks are requested, but the two young guys working behind the counter wore no masks. They goof off and their friends come in without masks and walk behind the counter. Hands are not being washed and food is being touched. The store looks dirty. Corporate should be aware of these unsanitary conditions. These guys need to find another job. If they can't have coffee fixed at 10am, then they need to be let go. They both appear to care less about the store.

I have never been in this store but someone, probably an employee, is using my credit card number. The card has never been out of my possession and I have never been in this store. Now, I will not frequent any 7 Eleven stores.

I just went in here to get gas, coffee, and some snacks. When I went to pay at the register I used the touch screen... after touching it I realized it had sticky- greasy fingerprints on it, so much it came off onto my fingers and was still slathered on the screen as well. Immediately I said " oh no this has sticky- greasy- fingerprints on it, it's all over my fingers now!" In astonishment by the amount of nastiness. I cleaned the screen the best I could (Without an offer of assistance from the lady behind the register). After wiping down the screen with a napkin , I asked the lady if she had some hand sanitizer I could use behind the counter, her response was "no, this is an overnight gas station, it's not gonna be that clean." Ummm... first off.. oh really smart#ss? Is that where I am? Duh. If those are your standards, I'm horrified to know the cleanliness of their grab and go food, and coffee station.. not to mention the employees hands. If she doesn't think it's necessary, or in their standards, to clean off a screen that customers use with greasy- sticky- fingerprints on it, then the hygiene of this place must be absolutely disgraceful, disgusting, and in need of a visit from the health department. Luckily, my standards are higher than hers so I cleaned my hands with the hand sanitizer in my car. Oh really... an overnight gas station? Thanks for letting me know gas station lady.. now go wash your hands.
