I called blanca padilla requesting a quote after she offered me her services. In a very unprofessional/unethical way she told me she had a call on the other line, once I finish I will call you back she said. I waited for weeks/months, I never got her call back. I agree with Danny N. who called her rude and lazy to help. Vito M. says these people are curt and rude.... I agree with you. Rocio S., I also agree with you when you say STAY AWAY FROM FARMERS AGENT blanca padilla.

Blanca and her team helped me switch from progressive and helped me save about $180 in my car insurance bill. She analyzed my personal scenario and was very attentive to my needs. What is even more interesting is that the rates of my current policy are even higher than those of my old one. The times I have called the office, I have been treated with respect and my questions have been answered quickly. I differ from the other reviewers, as with me Blanca and her team have been friendly and always ready to help. She is open and direct, two qualities I appreciate and identify with. Blanca is one of the best insurance agents I know and I would recommend her services to anyone that needs insurance!
