If you want you Car or Truck cleaned half-assed this is your place.
I took my wife's car to get her seats cleaned and was told it would be $140.00. No problem they were pretty dirty.
This is what I got. Please see photos. First photo not cleaned Second phot cleaned to there standards.
They didn't clean the seats the put a shine on them.
I also brought one of my trucks a week before and paid for the Pro Package & Extra for the mats to be cleaned. The Mats were not cleaned. I watched them just blow air on them and then put them back in the truck. The floor boards still had dirt all over them. I'm not sure what they think cleaning is? But to me it menas get rid of the dirt.
They did give me my money back that's why I gave them a second chance.
Last but not least when I showed heim the seats after he said they were cleaned he told me that it wasn't dirt it was my leather on the seats.
I would give the zero stars if I could.

Omg I was thinking that we really need a place like this and here it is. A really good car wash with detailing to be added as needed. I had the dreaded pine sap hardened to Diamond hardness (just about!) and they took it right off. Estimated about 45 minute. He knew how much it bothered me and how hard I had tried so he took extra time and got all the pine sap off. Ask for Ricardo. At the San Leandro location HE is the expert and has experience with finish work on cars. I was taking a gamble with such a low priced offer but wow, it was worth that and I could give him a nice tip! Amazing work. The skill really shows.
Great service, great prices, great quality work. What’s not to love about this place?

I've been coming to this car wash for longer than I can remember. It may seem a little pricey but compared to what you get at other car washes, I feel this place is one of the best. Heads up, the lines can get long but they move pretty quick. If you have the time, it's worth the wait.

The people treat you well and are courteous. the grounds are clean.
The waiting areas are run down and should be upgraded

6 months expired drinks in the fridge. Mad I took my son here it's next to his school. Watch out for this guy he don't care who he get sick I reported him to better business bureau

Excellent job on my extremely, extremely dirty car. I've been disabled from my fall months ago and my car got so dirty. The staff gor all the dirt, inside & out.

2nd Post. I called San Leandro Car Wash & requested that my money be refunded back to me. He told me to call my bank and that he can't refund my money. Then Google said this
(Yes, a merchant can refund a monthly payment. The process usually involves the merchant initiating a refund through their payment processor, which then credits the amount back to the customer's credit card or bank account.)
He lied to me. This company would rather keep my money & get bad reviews from me. It's time to call several government agencies.
You will REFUND my money.

I told the gentleman who took my payment that I was moving & only would use their service for 1 month. They charged me for July 1, 2025. Refund my money.

1st trying customer. Would I come back? No, I wouldn’t and it’s ashamed because it’s pretty close to my house. I just feel that for the price there were a few spots they missed inside and outside my car. Especially the roof of my car. I guess it wasn’t meant to be.

Very bad service
I was charged $75
The car wasn't clean properly, windows still dirty, side mirrors dirty, dust on the dashboard and literally a finger of water in the cup holder. Also I don't think they used any cleaning products, the car inside didn't have any smell of anything being used to clean. I was there only one time, I will never go back again. I don't recommend this place at all, good luck.
