Adam from back east location in customer service was very helpful. I've been playing hockey since I was 7 and have played on a few state champion teams, and even played with the Road runners seminars league. Why did I bring that up? No not to brag about me.. but to brag about Adam. I wish I would have that type of customer service back then. I would have given a 5 stars...but they stopped walk in sales. Its important to be able to touch certain things. But it's California... not so big on hockey.

I ordered two pair of skates, two sticks and a puck. First package that came looked a horrible mess missing one pair of skates and the puck. I put the blame on UPS because it looked like they repackaged it. I called Ice Warehouse immediately. To make a long story short after about a three day period they sent out my missing skates and the puck. My daughter and I can now play street hockey. Thank you Ice Warehouse.

Shipping has been fast products are awesome I recommend this to everyone I got some blade Tech blades from them and they came sharpened they were a little scratched but that's OK I will buy from them again

I had a really disappointing experience today with Ice Warehouse. I have been a long term and loyal customer. I noticed a few years ago that their shipping had gotten really expensive. This stopped me from ordering from them as they were no longer a competitive price.I ordered a product 4 days ago and today was advised today that shipping was going to go from $20 to $91 USD. I have asked them to cancel the order and refund me. There justification is that it exceed the size for the order (it was their system that calculated the shipping cost, their mistake not mine)I guess this is what you get for being a loyal customer. I watched and liked all the Videos and even told other players about the website, look whats is done for me. I also always visited and made orders in person when I was in the area.I got a reply from Ice Warehouse today. They apologised for the problem but rather than admitting they made a mistake and fixing my order they just tried to justify it. Now I’m even madder. The only way they could resolve this is to give me the product at the price and shipping their website stated.

You never have to have a worry when a company has great customer service. I made an order and canceled it shortly after; they were there promptly throughout the whole process. After the holidays I will make the original order and get the product I was looking for which was priced great. I’ve been playing ice hockey for 30 years and this will definitely be my new go to online hockey store.

Thought this was a storefront but no such luck. Went inside running warehouse and asked and they said I would need an appointment or could pick up. Nothing on their website about appointments or anything like that. Left empty handed and disappointed when I just wanted a pair of shin pads.

Really cant complain much as all my orders have been great!My big issue with these guys is their lack of desire to keep long term customers. No points, no coupons, no rewards programs, not even a mint in any of my hundreds of dollars of orders and counting.

I received fantastic customer service! Within the couple days it took to receive my order, all my questions/ concerns were resolved. Very fast shipping. Could not be happier with my experience. These skates feel awesome. Very cozy and snug around the feet. Can't wait to break them in. USD Sway 60 XXI (sz. 8-9)

CHECK everything on their website. They have WRONG bearing information, wrong size charts for some items and the refuse to refund you even if it is their error for displaying wrong information in their site. Only order if you are 200% sure about your sizing and the skate model you want to buy, because you cannot return them. They have an automated email response for anyone that sends a return offering 90% of your refund in store credit only, a $14 fee, and ignore any other communication. They claim that any pair returned is used regardless if the skates are actually used or not. Not sure how the skates were used when it's winter in Chicago, snow and too cold to even go outside. They should provide picture showing that the skates are used if they are going to make claims. I filed a claim through PayPal because the skates were NOT as described on the website. Their response was literally, "I'll just refund it to be done with it." and did not acknowledge that they made a mistake. If you can't get a refund for their error, go through PayPal or your bank. I'd rather order from an international site and pay more. *update: weird that this company has so many issues from so many customers! If I purchase something on your website and the actual product is NOT as represented, I am entitled to a full refund and that's why I got my money back when I opened a case on PayPal. It's your responsibility to have the correct specs and if you don't, accept your losses and act professional. Love the long essay, but you did not acknowledge the unprofessiona behavior. I'm just lucky that I had screenshots and that I used PayPal. You'll have better luck ordering from any other site. I'm glad that this company is getting claims against them. There are way too many issues of alleged stealing and scamming for it to be a reputable store.

My go-to hockey shop. They are super responsive to emails and have always shipped by the promised date. Living in California too, having next day delivery for free if you spend over $100 makes it worth it. Great selection and prices as well. I also find their YouTube videos very helpful to shop for gear online.

I would recommend shopping online at IW, and I would HIGHLY recommend shopping in store at Inline Warehouse's San Luis Obispo location. I purchased skates online that processed/shipped the same day and arrived the next day with free shipping! Unfortunately, the size did not fit, so I was worried about the return process; after visiting the store, however, I can confidently say that IW prioritizes Customer Satisfaction. The representative, Carolina, went above and beyond in assisting me. First, she processed my return in a just a couple of minutes. I was on a tight schedule, but since she handled the return so quickly, I had the chance to browse for other hockey/skate items. Carolina was incredibly understanding in listening to my feedback and in answering my questions. She provided great recommendations and observations, and I felt extremely comfortable shopping at IW. I'm happy to say that I walked out as a very satisfied customer.

Terrible "In-Store" Customer Service! Went in with my son excited to get information about different skate options, and ready to spend hundreds of dollars. The person/female at the front seemed annoyed by our presence, and every time I asked a question said "look online" for details and information. I asked again, can we get some help understanding the differences between skate levels/specifications before purchasing, the response was "look online" for that information. Also called a couple times before driving 20 minutes to go in person to the store and was on hold for over 15 minutes both times with no answer. Just a bad experience. Good luck

Highly recommend working with Derby Warehouse. Customer Service is great. I ordered the Falcon Pilot plus plates and shipped my old custom Harlick skates to have them mounted. I was nervous shipping my skates out but they were super friendly on the phone and quick to email me back with questions I had. About a 2 week turn-around and my skates were shipped back to me super quick with tracking. the mounting is perfect and I'm super stoked with my old "new" skates. ahah!
