2 of my nails already fell off and i got my nails done yesterday. i wanted a certain print and she made it very sloppy and messy and on one nail she gave me the wrong design. when me and my cousin came, while she was filing our nails she made us bleed. she told us that there was another worker that would be doing my nails while she did my cousin’s nails and the other worker was on her phone the whole time we were there. these nails costed $80 and 2 already fell off and the paint is peeling.

Used to love coming to this place with the previous owners. They were quick, thorough, friendly, and the price was right. I did not realize they had changed ownership when I made my appointment but decided to give them a shot anyway.
They have raised their prices a bit for a pedicure, but overall the result was pretty good. My main complaints are:
1. TIME - it took way too long for just a basic pedicure. I was in there for an hour and a half! One employee cut and filed my nails, and then another employee sat down and cut and filed them again! While I appreciate the attention to detail, it took an hour before we even got to the polish… so don’t make an appointment here if you have somewhere to be after.
2. HYGIENE - when the second employee sat down, after she trimmed and filed my toes for a second time. She scraped all the gunk out from under my toe nails, and then preceded to scrape it onto my foot in order to remove it from her tool…. SO GROSS. My feet are literally on top of a towel that you can scrape it on. You just spent an hour cleaning and scrubbing my feet, and now you are just scraping my own toe jam back onto my foot. It was such a huge turn off.
Overall, the pedicure was fine, prices have gone up but I’d say it was thorough enough to justify. They took way too long, and the toe jam thing was absolutely unacceptable. I probably will find somewhere else to go.

i got acrylics and my nail is already starting to come off and it’s been a few ours. the design turned out messy and the wrong thing was painted onto my nail. good service but i recommend doing simple designs.

Now that Randy and Angel retired I don’t see this business being around much longer. Went to get my eyebrows done I asked them to clean up my eyebrows and don’t change the shape.Unfortunately she ruined the shape of my eyebrows and made them so uneven.
Horrible !!!!!

Employees were very nice. However, for the two pedicures we received, toenails were cut way too short. Almost no nail left!

I was in town for the weekend, and broke my thumb nail opening a candle canister at SLO public market. Called 2 other nail places in town, and they won't even take my appt to fix my nail. This husband and wife duo is so kind, fixed my thumbnail and buff out everything for me to make it even. All it takes is slowly communicating with them what I needed. Will be coming back next time I'm in town. Love supporting small businesses when I am traveling.

This is by far one of the best nail salons I’ve been to. Husband & wife speak English, are so knowledgeable on nails- as I had a major issue with one of my nails, and they totally fixed it.I’m visiting from LA so I’ve seen my fair share of salons and I may come here more when I visit. My first time at this location my sister recommended it as I'm visiting from Austin, Texas. I came with my mom and my sister and had an amazing time where the owners helped us decide on color and style and gave great recommendations. We had an amazing experience and would definitely come back when we visit San Luis Obispo again. I highly recommend this place.
