I love my storage facility. I have had a unit with them for over a year now and have moved to a larger one recently. The move was made easy and streamlined. They are friendly and know what they are doing. My man recently got his own unit here on my recommendation and his happy with it as well. I've used quite a few rental facilities all over the place in my life and I can say this is definitely one of the best ones.

Best best best storage in the whole 805 , one of the easiest, most convenient and cheapest perfect spot with 2 nice gentlemen we’re so helpful, the process was easily explained and I feel confident I can get in n out like I should be able to !!!! Perfect location. Big and clean!!!!!!

They recently changed payment processing systems. Because I was proactive and paid with a check last year, they canceled my credit card setup with auto-pay. They just hit me with late fees equivalent of 39% of my unit rental and took no ownership of the fact that the payment only 10 days late is because I assumed they would use auto-pay as they previously had. I would caution their rates seem cheap, but they are eager to make money on you with their fees.

Clean, automated, reasonable rates, willing to accommodate me and my 34'rv, although I needed to back it in, he still allowed it, which is really rare nowadays. Kudos dude.

I love this place. All terms are clearly laid out when you sign up and if for any reason you don't pay on time they have a 10-day grace. before all hell breaks loose. A clean place and well maintained. also they tend to know their clientele and they don't tolerate people hanging out in their units nor do they tolerate people using the units as hobo FOBs.

Super rude! I tried to buy moving supplies and they didn’t have anything. Then they asked me to leave when I was on the phone trying to figure out my move!! I was the only car in the entire parking lot. Not helpful one bit.

I went today to get a storage unit and dealt with Jill (I think that was her name? She was the older woman behind the desk)Over the phone she made it seem like I could get a unit today. I show up with all of my stuff and she accosts my partner and I in the parking lot as soon as we get there.When we went to get the unit, she said that if we are in and out of the storage unit every other day she won’t do business with us and that “it’s not a day closet”She was extremely rude, with no customer service skills at all. When you pay for a storage unit, you pay for a right to use it when you want within operating hours.Save yourself the headache, and don’t give these mean people your money!Extremely rude and unprofessional!
