normally have great service here but i tried to return a broken product less than a week after purchase and was told nothing could be done, after waiting an extra day because staff told me the owner needed to be there. so i came the next day, exactly when told by previous staff, and the woman working told me it had been too long (it had been five days, my product functioned properly for three days) and she could not replace or refund my product. she didn’t even take it to see if it was broken. i told her the charging port was not working and she suggested i could have spilled water in it or done something to damage it— if she would have looked at it, it would have been clear that the device still functions but does not charge, so i could not have damaged it. extremely disappointed after several years of patronage and will not be returning.

The lady working was incredibly rude. I waited in line while she was helping a customer. Once she was done she sat down rather than help me. She didn’t want to help me. When she finally did she told me I had to place an online order to buy the vape I wanted. Wouldn’t tell me why or explain how. Had no flavor list and the boxes the vapes are kept in was incorrect. Sold me the wrong vape. Had an attitude the entire time. Didn’t say you’re welcome, have a good day, no pleasantries. I wouldn’t suggest coming here.

I've searched so many places spent so much time.Trying to find coils . They didn't only have what I was looking for, But a couple other coils needed for other devices I have .Left there very happy. Plus Nice people run this establishment. ? Hard to find these days ! Good customer service ?

Doesn't even deserve one star but I have to go leave this review. Fake products and selling broken products with denial of replacement. Incredibly rude and they discriminate. ALL their vapes are fake, don't even bother. They taste like nail polish and the barcode things are always fake.

Not worth even 1 star.Staff is not knowledgeable on any of their "vape" products. Fake MaxxFlow Hyppe, have gotten a total of 5 Fake vapes all with the taste of nailpolish as if someone has been messing with the product.If you are coming for cigarettes I guess this store will work for you but if you are in dire need of vape needs please do yourself a favor a go somewhere out of town where you can get reliable produ rs.

Can't beat the price of cigs here or jewelry wow such a huge variety of things to buy here you can spend like 30mins in here just checking things out it's awesome lol. Friendly and helpful service here makes you feel like your family. Must check out asap if you have not yet.

I bought a couple vapes from this place. they usually last me a few days. the first one lasted one day the second one last 2 hits. I took the second one back and they wouldn't replace it. they basically said "sorry for your luck". any other place I've been they've always replaced it free of charge. this guy made me pay. b******** this place sucks. don't go here.

Did not have CBD vape juice despite advertising CBD vapes. I came all the way from Paso because they advertised having it. The guy was rude and acted like it doesn’t exist, they only had oil and not proper flavored CBD vape juice that can be used in a regular vape pen. If you want CBD vape juice Wild Side smoke shop has it and the staff there is way more friendly and helpful.

I bought a cheap battery for 8 dollars It never worked so I tryed bringing it back to the store all I wanted was a new battery that I payed for and an employee told me just bc it doesn't look exactly the same as others that it didn't come from there and there was only two of them at the time I bought it and he made a big deal about returning the item and said I was lying basically...I had just bought a lowkeey battery and other stuff but now I would never buy something knowing I will never be able to in case return...so if you thinking about returning anything or a cracked glass don't expect them to feel for you at all...
